There is so much obstruction and contact in netball on players that don’t have the ball, umpires really need to start calling it more.

at 1:51 you can also argue the white goal defence is also too close and that is an obstruction call as well

is this based on feet placement ir extension of arms?
You can roll the ball but it called a drop ball and it has small bounces not such an obvious roll! Part from that it's good!
Hi, thanks for the comment and question. THe rules don't say anything about where to stand, but I recall being told the player must stand immediately behind the line, at least one foot up tot he line. Hope this helps.
