How I’m Buying Land in Zambia: My Personal Strategy Revealed
Jason, Im gonna be in Zimbabwe for about 3 months with my daughter in about 2 weeks time from the UK. I would love to come to Zambia for a maybe a 7 day visit. Is there anyway, we could link up with you? How can I get in touch with you. Also, gonna go to Botswana to hang out with my friend on her farm. Let me know, if this can happen.
Oh, Jason! You are a blessing for doing this for girls and women. God bless you ☺️
Heartfelt condolences and may you continue to find peace and comfort in her memory and in The Most High.
As always, this is a very informative video bro. I am vegan as well and super interested opening a vegan restaurant somewhere on the continent and will definitely be taking a look at Zambia.
My condolences family… I hope and pray all is well with you and your journey. Love you brother!
I mourned my mother for two years, i thought I would never get over the grief, 26 years i am here always thanking God for her, memories can never be erased, trust the process Jason it's part of journeys life, you remain stronger than what you think.
Thanks for trusting us with your story. Two years into the grieving process is a short time. Continue to share about sweet Chantel and we will be here to listen. God bless you Jason.
I'm truly sorry for your loss. She sounded like a great person. Be blessed my brother 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I always enjoy your videos ❤
Thank you, your support motivates me to continue making these videos!
Which fruits would give me good returns in Zambia? Am thinking of planting some fruit trees in the chisamba area on 10 acres of land since am outside the country for now.
I am not sure which fruits, I see a lack of oranges, and bananas in the supermarkets. And peaches ,plums and nectarines I mainly just see in the markets.pomegranites grow here, but no one ever stocks them. I do think there could be a market for some of the bush fruits.
Please send the immigration letterhead. Thanks Jason.
Hello Brother. This topic is very interesting too me. I was wondering how is Zambia today because of it's proximity to Congo? Are there curfews especially closer towards the broader?
@@CeeCee-yt9gn that is a really great question, and honestly I can't speak for the bordering areas of Zambia. Here in lusaka , I'm not impacted by what's going on there. However, I have heard stories from Congolese drivers the sadness from what's going on. I wouldn't recommend any foreigner going anywhere close. I will ask around and see if I can get information about the border towns. One thing I have a blast more understanding of Africa is this continent is really really huge. And the land that's between big cities are so vast.
@jasonchaney777 Thank you for responding. I wish you a peaceful and pleasant day.
Jason, teach women how to be more like Cece...What made her a good woman? Tell us about your beloved Cece.

Hey, I’m about to move to Lusaka soon, what platform or agency did you use to find your apartment?
@@tinoshayamapiki9819 I found mine using people here, you can use property 24 lusaka. Just know that here, most places require 3 months up front. Do you know the areas yet?
Hey Jason.... I just subscribed to your channel. I like your perspective on Zambia. I was born & bred in Zambia, I like your honest opinion on Zambia.. you point out the good, great. not so great & bad, about Lusaka. Trust me, I was born there, but I have never gotten used to the bugs, insects, etc. Rainy seasons, out comes the frogs, leaping all over the place. Do you not experience the grey & pink lizards coming through the ventilation holes inside the house. I used to live in Ibex Hill near the Leopards Hill Cemetary, the last time I was in Zambia.
Thanks for subscribing, funny you bring up the lizards lol. The small grey and pink ones just cohabitate with me lol. Now the bigger salamander lizards are starting to come in out of curiosity, one was in yesterday just walking around like he pays rent
I am very interested Jason in moving to Zambia. I would be in retirement but want to be independent. So what is your thoughts on health care. What would monthly cost of living be just basic?? I would like to keep in touch with you.
Once you obtain retirement permit and get your NRC (National Registration Card) you can apply for NHIMA which is the National Healthcare here. IT costs me $25.74 for the entire year, and I know how crazy that sounds lol
Auston Hollowman is always putting down African-American women.
sadly, there's a lot of black guys doing that now, however I think it's just easy clickbait to get monetization over anything else.
@jasonchaney777 Yes, I agree with you. Maybe you can help by teaching Cece's values to women. Tell viewers about her good character traits and why you chose her to be your first lady❤️❤️❤️❤️
Networking and aligning yourself with like minded people is invaluable. When I traveled to Nigeria I was very surprised by how many men through I was there for "seggs" tourism. And I wasn't in the clubs or out at night. I was in banks, museums and shopping centers. I couldn't believe it! I had to be firm on my morals and reiterate that I was looking to network. Understanding the full scope of positive impact that can be made by the diaspora community is key!!! Some people don't understand that negative media goes both ways. Just like they showed use media a a poor Africa. They were also showing Africans that Black Americans Americans were gangsters and drug addicts. So it is important to show up as your best self anywhere you travel but especially on the continent. Thanks Jason for highlighting this topic. I understand that it's not your preferred content. But it was needed.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥good content
The minimum cost to register a company in South Africa is R175. This includes: - Name reservation: A fee of R50 to reserve a name online, or R75 for a manual application - Company registration: A fee of R125 to register the company Thats literaly $10 You can easily do it online and get the name reserved immediately
@@isoboy1000 appreciate this information, way less than I was told
@@jasonchaney777 Maybe you found someone with a Customer Code and wanted to represent himself as an agent. Well they will register for you but what they bill is rediculours.
That's crazy, it really makes a lot of ppl second think starting businesses.
In Africa, you don’t have to chase woman. Woman gonna chase you. The idea of don’t come to Africa if you wanna chase women is completely false. It’s gonna be the opposite: women gonna chase you. I would say that don’t come to Africa if you don’t wanna be chased by many women. You will be approached even on the street by women asking you if they could join you. If you don’t want to be bombarded by female attention then don’t come to Africa.
@@nandorblue like I said ppl that want to chase women should go to the countries for it. Too many opportunities to be thinking so narrow minded. That's the exact reason supposedly grown men are crying and complaining on the internet. And every woman in Africa doesn't need a man, I've met many professional business minded women that want a partner, not need a man
Not everyone has business on mind. Many come to Africa to enjoy their golden years and that includes enjoying women. You don’t have to be narrow-minded to have that lifestyle. As long, you respect the law as long you’re a gentleman there’s no limit. Africa welcomes you even if you’re going there for pleasure.
@nandorblue my channel isn't to attract those ppl hence I don't create content for them. They can follow passport bros
@jasonchaney777 passport Brothers are not my age group and generation. They have different goals in life. I'm more about older gentlemen who want to enjoy their well-deserved golden years.
@nandorblue enjoy it
$650 us for the retirement visa and its only one time? No annual fee? In Kenya its 250,000 KHS per year. That's about $1933 us per year! Yes almost 2k every year! Also you have to prove that you are receiving at least 24,000 US Dollars or its equivalent a year in the form of pension or social security income. Yes you must have a minimum 2k a month income. The average US social security is about $1800 for most retirees. That means most American retirees don't qualify. Uganda is even worse. Just doesn't make sense. Is if they don't want retirees moving there. If you live on a typical social security income then you must give up one month income for the Visa per year. It just defeats the purpose of retiring there. Ridiculous if you compare it to South or Central American countries or other South East Asian countries.
One time cost for permanent residency, one of the beautiful things about setting up a home base in Zambia. I avoided Kenya exactly for those reasons, it may be built up more but to have to jump through all those hoops for residency is insane. Better to just be a tourist visiting
You are looking fantastic!
Thank you
Jason this is a great and honesty comparison and I do agree with you. More also on a very important point of emphasis on ones intensions for visiting Africa. That a very great piece of advice.
Thank you, I really want everyone to see this southern region have variety to sustain so many of us
Maybe I didn't catch it; but how much are you recommending that a person bringing in US dollar with them?
don't bring US dollars cash, just keep it in your bank account and use the ATM to withdraw Kwacha. If you are coming for a month I would suggest anywhere from $2,000 to $3,000 dollars. and that's over budgeting. because your Airbnb or hotel would already be paid
@jasonchaney777 are you suggesting not to bring any US dollars at all? Are you suggesting this due to safety or the difficulty in getting the dollars converted?
@@tracystjohn1957 To save you money with converting dollars over. you will get the current exchange rate if you use the ATM. if you exchange dollars over, you will pay a commission to exchange them.
@@jasonchaney777 jason, I really appreciate all the information that you have given me thus far. I never even thought about Africa until I came across your Channel. Thanks for enlightening me
Make conversation a priority....i REALLY like that...

South Africa always come off sounding way too much like America for me to want to move there
It’s not, it just has aspects of USA, it’s still very much Africa, but you can get McDonald’s, Starbucks etc. but you can avoid them if you don’t want
It gives you the amenities we are accustomed to in USA, however you can really embrace the culture once you get to know people
@@jasonchaney777 best of both worlds, you can still go into a deep rural village or go Sandton or Cape Town for first world experience

Thanks Jason for this info! Keep up the great work brother!!! I can't wait to experience Africa
Can't wait to hear your experience bro
But why you didn't include Botswana?
lol the question I was asked was about SA and Zambia
THERE are plenty of starving street children in Kampala, Uganda, East Africa. There is truth in some of the negative portrayals of Africa. Happy that you are sharing that Zambia is unique and better.
We have to remember those negatives exist everywhere, including the USA. So it's not fair Mother Africa is portrayed as only contains that
How can we get connected to Zambian land sellers?
you have to be in country and have an NRC, anyone talking to you in land without that is ripping you off

Okay so between Tanzania and Botswana which one would you suggest an AA family move too, as far as affordability goes? Thanks!
@@knowledgeispower6383 I would choose Botswana, English is more common to get around and it's less chaotic with traffic
@jasonchaney777 can I ask you how long it take for you to get a Visa 2 years for his visa to be approved. Also how do you think the disabled are treated if you've noticed? And I have one more question for you, and I do thank you for the time you take to respond! What is the base monthly income amount to live in S. Africa do you think?
I'm definitely selfish. My family tried to shame me. But over the years they realized that my selfishness has advanced my life in so many positive ways. I get more respect for putting myself first. Honestly, if I don't then who will?
