Expedition Recovery is a channel for everyone who struggles in their day to day life whether it be with addiction such as myself or any other struggles that all of us face in life. Life is not easy it has its ups and it has its downs but sharing sorrows in our downs and sharing our victories in our ups helps all of us to relate with one another. For so long society has looked down upon people being "weak" but as more myself I have always discovered remarkable things about myself at my weakest points. I encourage you as well during your weakest moments to be vulnerable and reach out and grab a hand of someone you can trust and share those moments because you never really know who else is struggling and just maybe you will find a helping hand to help build yourself up and them as well.
IT IS OK TO BE WEAK...…...IT IS OK TO BE VULNERABLE ………..IT IS OK TO ASK FOR HELP...…… IT IS NOT OK TO TRY AND FIGHT IT ALONE!
