      No they only work for people who are over 150 pounds but normal large resistance could help

      i’m a ex dancer gymnast and now do cheer stretching like this won’t cause injury as long as you maintain hydration and also balance stretching with conditioning

Learning this makes you less likely to be beaten up and gives you reason to never carry a weapon which could really hurt people.
