i’m a ex dancer gymnast and now do cheer stretching like this won’t cause injury as long as you maintain hydration and also balance stretching with conditioning

I got attacked yesterday. And had I not trained I would've been stomped out by 3 men. I hurt two of them and ran away. People need to train
Huh? Ain't such a 'smart' libra if you don't see the value in self defence. Learning this makes you less likely to be beaten up and gives you reason to never carry a weapon which could really hurt people. All your comment says to the world is that you're soft and would probably not defend yourself/your family. Its just cowardess.
