Marble Cake Recipe | Chocolate Vanilla Marble Cake | Marble Pound Cake | Easy Soft Zebra Cake
Soft and Easy Marble Cake recipe with both Vanilla Chocolate flavors in one sponge cake to get the best out of both the worlds. Use melted and cooled butter instead of oil for that butter cake sponge taste else use oil for a moister softer cake.

0:00 Intro to Chocolate Vanilla Marble Cake
0:45 Sift and Mix all the Dry Ingredients
1:10 Bloom the Cocoa in Hot Water
2:08 Beat the Eggs with Sugar
2:55 Add the Oil or melted Butter & Vanilla Essence
3:12 Add the Dry Ingredients in 3 batches alternating with the Milk
4:23 Transfer half of the batter to the Cocoa mix
4:39 Prepare a 7 inch Baking Tin
5:10 Pour the Vanilla Chocolate batters alternately
5:47 Make Designs with a toothpick
6:21 Bake the Cake
7:02 Slice & Serve the Cake

Dry Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup | 180gms All Purpose Flour(measure in gms recommended)
1 Tsp Baking powder
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Large Eggs
3/4 Cup | 150gm Sugar
1/4 Cup | 48g Vegetable Oil/Melted Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
3/4 Cup Milk, room temp
For Chocolate Batter
2 Tbsp Hot Water( plus 1 Tbsp after mixing)
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp | 16gms Cocoa powder, Sifted
1 Tsp Instant Coffee
Used an 7 inch tin, BAKE @160C 60-65 MINS Or Till Toothpick inserted in the Centre Comes out Clean
