My Christmas Wishlist:
1.) For everyone to have a really great and safe holiday season!!
2.) A new YT Channel background... mine is ridiculously plain and non-fanvidder-y. :) *pretty please????!*
3.) For more people to appreciate Caroline Forbes and how kick-ass she is by making as many fanvids as possible.. including some banging AUvids. (Wouldn't mind some kickass crossovers)
4.) Awesome music/books/movies/tv shows recs that I'm missing in my life and/or in my vids.
5.) More people to watch/vid Nikita and Misfits. Both amazing shows :) Their seasons this year kicked butt. (Alex is my fav from Nikita) (Alisha/Simon are the dang smexx. More videos please!!)
6.) Someone to figure out how to un-break my old broken external harddrive with 250GB of tvshows/movies/music/ebooks/pictures
7.) To receive the inspiration to finish all ONE HUNDRED MILLION fan vids I've started and stopped over the last few months. The ideas are awesome.. my time and patience... not so much.
8.) I want an AU video that is so heartwrenching it'll make me cry. I haven't seen one in a really long time. (Really want this one!)
9.) For people to donate their time or money this season, especially when you have no excuses at all. Let's all make a few changes, people!!
10.) Subscribe to ua-cam.com/users/tonjesml and buy her cds. She's an awesome musician that is love with the fanvidding community. Spread her around like herpes ;)

Step One

#Make a video like this one. The video description should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love an icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

# If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

# Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in the video description so that the holiday joy will spread.
Step Two

# Surf around UA-cam to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

# If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.


You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.


There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. You don't need to claim that you're doing something for someone-if they get more than one of something they wanted, fantastic! Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.
