For me, absolutely the best Celebrity class of ship. I wish it didn't have that retreat deck area but it isn't taking away too much from all the other passengers. The carving out of the library and card room, the Ensemble lounge, the intelligent placement of the specialty restaurants, the iniimate alcoves and nooks in the public areas like the Ensemble Lounge, Crafts Social and the Martini Bar as well as some areas of Quasar, the secondary Foyer, the mood lighting, all combine to make this ship feel like something intimate and charming rather than just pretty and contemporary. At some point, Celebrity can update the buffet area and the staterooms, but most public areas are kind of timeless IMO. May these Solstice ships sail on for many years. I do not think Celebrity will build anything like them again evidenced by the direction they've gone in with the Edge clsss ships.

We just had the same issue when crossing tsa. We forgot we had a small amount of water and had to go back through.

I always spill out the water from my water bottle before entering the TSA security queue.

We are sailing on this ship from Brooklyn Nov 17-24. We may not hang anything up either. We shall see. We will be after on the 12floor. I noticed some rooms have a tub and other have showers. Odd. Too bad these rooms only have queen beds. All our other cruises have kings. This will be our first MSC.
