Read this book about 30 to 40 times. I respect Dr Norman. I am Hindu but the teachings are the same. I had a dream in which an image like Jesus held my hand and showed me the entire world like the wonders of the world I felt so small and that image talked to me telepathically. The image was a white light twice my height and showed me the earth like it would look from space. Though that promise has not turned into reality but I keep praying that Gods promises are built upon a rock. My problem is joblessness, and toxic people in my life who put me down and dont respect me as a person who can achieve anything in life. I pray each day to get out of this situation. Will update when I do get out.

One of THE best books I have ever read and to think but was published so long ago. I actually had heard of this book in passing many years ago as it was mentioned as one of Michael Jackson's favourite books. I can see why it would be. Excellent book. Everyone should read it. You can always tailor it to your needs.

It's normal to spend too much time focusing on the things you cannot control, direct your time and energy on the things you can control.

I am blessed. Have a family of my own. Work is good. Got health. Honestly not much I need. Yet I still hit rock bottom with depression at times. Used to think these are corny. First was a confidence and consistency audio hearing. This is the second. Puts things in perspectives and helps quite a bit. Thanks for this.

My life is upside down right now and this has been a year of challenges for me. My marriage is failing and my finances are in strife and I feel like I'm barely hanging on. Wish I could believe in God, but too many negative things have happened, why couldn’t God step in and have helped? There’s so much violence and hurt in this world, I just don get it? Why a loving caring God let’s so many negative things happen, but I’m going to continue listening.
