Hello sir! My name is Assyl. Thank you for your videos! I'm from Kazakhstan. I have a Nissan Quest 2012. And I have a problem with cvt transmission jf010e re0f09b. Can you tell me please, what transmissions are suitable for my car? Thanks a lot!
Thanks
Thanks!
Hello, I’m having issues with the automatic transmission on my 2016 Opel Astra. During acceleration, the transmission slips a bit, and the diagnostic tool shows error code P0741. I would like to replace the Control Module with Solenoids in the transmission, but before ordering the parts, I want to be sure whether my transmission is GEN1 or GEN2 so I can order the correct parts. The information on the transmission plate is as follows: 6T45 6NLW 616NLWR6053A3432 Thank you in advance for your response. Best regards, Aldo
Here's a quick guideline from one of our suppliers, www.sonnax.com/tech_resources/170-gm-gen-1-2-3-6t30-6t40-6t45-6t50-series-identification-guide
And P0741 is a torque Converter or Ratio code...
Wow. Thank you. i have an LX570 that wont engage reverse gear. It just revs when you put it in reverse. Drive gear however has no issues. Drives perfectly normal just wont reverse. Could you tell which solenoid could be the culprit?
Probably not a solenoid, to verify, disconnect the harness, if you still don't have reverse you should have it looked at www.atra.com/ShopFinder
atheṣ̄thịy I'm interested in the content, brother. Want to learn more about programming techniques? I want to ask for details. How can I contact you personally? I live in Thailand

Recently had a problem with 06 Gx470 A750F stating shift solenoid B control circuit low, replaced the S2 but problem did not go away, wiring and everything is intact. No slipping from transmission, only makes a loud thump from reverse to drive vice versa. Any solution? Would replacing the valve body solve this?
Usually circuit low issues are voltage issues between the TCM and the solenoid. I would verify the voltage at the harness during operation. Should be pion 15 at the transmission harness and the E6 ECM connector pin 10 Shifting from 1st to 5th is performed in combination with "ON" and "OFF" operation of the shift solenoid valves SL1, SL2, S1, S2 and SR which are controlled by the ECM. If an open or short circuit occurs in either of the shift solenoid valves, the ECM controls the remaining normal shift solenoid valves to allow the vehicle to be operated smoothly (see FAIL-SAFE TABLE ). If you need anything more fill out this from and we can assist you www.atra.com/TechAssist
Thanks for your help

merhaba, bu şanzıman scenic 1.6 16 v motora olur mu?
No, you have a 4 speed this is a six speed two totally different units
very detailed video, i am working on a 2013 fusion that only has 49k miles. Owned by a retired guy. don't believe has ever seen any abuse. So the complaint is that on occasion there is a delay shift into reverse. never happens when cold only happens when warmed up and the issue can disappear for weeks and happens again. I had it on the shop and i put into reverse and nothing happens, apply a little throttle and it bangs in violently, then its fine again. a friend of mine suggested replacing the B solenoid. any thoughts?
also, no codes
everyday, "before you start it" check the fluid level, if the level is really high you might have a drain-back issue this can be caused by a valve in the VB being worn out and leaking off converter fluid, once it charges you wont have issues for days, this should only happen when it's been sitting for a couple days or a long period of time
This is a picture webinar you do not see any physical disassembly!
Pls my kia optima 2005 gear stuck in 3.is there any help?
The transmission is stuck in fail safe, you need to have a qualified shop take a look at it, www.atra.com/ShopFinder
Anyone who can work on this 722.9 4matic transmissions in Columbus ,Ohio?
Yes we do, check here: www.atra.com/ShopFinder
my 2014 malibu has p1915 code vehicle wont drive but when clearing the code it drives?
It's in limp mode. It usually has reverse and second gear only. It sounds like you have more than one code. here a link to shops in your area... www.atra.com/ShopFinder

Very good video. I been struggling with this transmission and well the detail that you put into this video is very appreciated. Just wish we could find more of these. Thank You!
Glad it helped and if you're a shop you can become a member and get over 400 hours of videos just like this, but better :) members.atra.com/membership/register
Would a worn valve body cause a hard downshift to first? Got the slt code after drain fill and filter replacement, had that selenoid replaced and getting intermittent hard shifts into first. 05 sequoia limited 4wd a750f.
Usually, that is a high idle problem or a sprag issue. The TCM usually commands the shift to first gear at zero miles/Km. literally almost stopped. check the command, if its coming early you might have a vss issue, or tires to big/small
@@atra-automatictransmission1300 definitely not tire size its the oem wheels and tire size. Thank you for the info!

how to repair the revers in the valve body
Reverse is a hydraulic gear; nothing in the valve body will fix that, it's an internal issue; you can try unplugging the connector at the transmission to verify that.
hey how are you man your channel is very informative and interesting. I just subscribed and I also have questions. Right now I am working on my 2013 Nissan Rogue valve body. I bought a valve body that has two pressure sensors but when I removed mine original I realized that I only have one pressure sensor. What happens if I remove it? I install the one I ordered with two sensors
Thanks for the sub! The valve body you got is a different year. Sorry for the late response, but I'd try to find your VB, and I would not recommend using the one with two switches. it may set codes and other shifting issues.
It is almost the same as the automatic transmission in my Kia vehicle. If I remove one of the cooling pipes going to the radiator for this transmission to breathe during the oil change process, can I prevent the blup blup situation that occurs when putting oil?
Hi there... nice video but i was wondering if the solenoid positions are correct in your video could you please confirm because i had an issue on B3 ( y3/8y7) and all of the other images that i saw was in diferent position
We have the wrong location in the video, use your other specs for the correct location, we'll get it fixed thank you
Welldone❤
Thanks 🤗
Thanks for the info
You bet
Well done Lance and the ATRA team! Glad to be a part of the transformation.
So glad to be a part of this new legacy!

Is it true that a healthy 722.6 should never go backwars uphill when into "D" without pressing brakes and gas pedal? Please end my suffering I cannot find any answer as to what a healthy 722.6 should operate like...
That would be correct. D stands for Drive, which is forward. R stands for Reverse. If it's going in reverse while in the D position, check your linkage first.
@@atra-automatictransmission1300 Thanks for the answer, however that wasn't the context of my question. I will try my best to formulate the question better: If you are driving and decide to stand still on a mildly steep hill and the car is put into "D" and you don't push on the brakes or the gas pedal, is it normal for the car to roll backwards or not? People say that if the transmission is healthy the car should never roll backwards when uphill. Just like it's healthy/good that the car starts moving the moment you put it "D" or "R". I am not talking about the issue when you you put the car into Drive that it goes in reverse.
❤❤❤❤
It is to bad nobody has taught you how to use a ring installer properly.
i have a 2-1 downshift clunk on my 722.6 2005 SLK 55. Very noticeable can feel it almost every time i get to a stop light. I have had so much work done trying to fix it no one can find the issue
You *did* see the part of the video where he discussed exactly that, right? Around 25:35
Hello, how many quarts of ATF 134 uses originally and after the update for the internal green tube and bigger oil pan, thank you in advance.
Location of solenoids @31:45 in the diagram are all incorrectly identified! The whole thing should be flipped For ex #1 is the TCC lock-up solenoid, not #8
Thank you for the info we're on it
@@atra-automatictransmission1300 Thank YOU for great webinar!
Shoutout to my gatekeepers. Hit that like button on your way in 👍
I have a question about the 9T50 transmission. I was told that the torque converter and pump were upgraded between 2017 & 2018. Would you know anything about that? I’m getting a check engine code P2817 pressure control solenoid “H” performance or stuck off.
Gracias amigo
Great video on the older 6f. I'm building a 2011 escape unit now. It has the older center support without the dish. I swapped it out with the gen2. The forward clutch snapring popped out was the causal part.
Thank you 👍
You bet!
"Basically" watched the entire series so far. "Basically" it is a very good series. "Basically", looks like a simple gear train. "Basically" the one thing that is difficult is "basically" installing the black fiber with the splines correctly. "Basically" looking forward to the next video - basically!
So what you're "basically" saying good video 😁😂🤣... We appreciate you thank you!
