Beautiful video. I started practicing Dhyana/Samadhi for a couple of years around the age of 26. In my experience, if I put my energy in my cerebral hemispheres, there's constant thought and internal chatter, always in the future and the past, and never present. I have noticed that any of the methods you have described, is a form of avoidance. There's still clinging and desire there, but please respect this is my, and my only experience. I put my awareness within my stomach, noticing the rising and falling of my stomach. An unexplainable experience. Constant, never-changing. It is then I notice that everything that exists, exists only in thought. Complete mindlessness.. Thank you for the video. You have a new subscriber from Britain.
