• Why do you think God needs us to have complete confidence that wherever He leads us to take a step is the territory that He has already given us?
• God says, “I will not drop or abandon you.” Why do you think we question this characteristic when it comes to God working in our lives?
• What does it mean to you that your Creator God makes vows, promises, and swears to give you gifts in a way that is permanently binding between you and Him?
• Why do you think it is so important to God that you feel strong and courageous?
• When Jesus came to demonstrate God’s character he criticized the legalists. What do you think God is asking Joshua to do here in a way that would not be legalistic?
• Why do you think that God wants our meditation to be done aloud? Can’t He read our thoughts?
• What does it mean to you that your God does not stand back and watch from heaven, but is physically present with you?
