HEALTHY OIL FREE HIGH PROTEIN MEALS | FESTIVE RECIPES
Hi my Friends!
In today's video I'm sharing my easy to make Lentil & Veggie Loaf that I made into a wreath shape for Christmas. You can make it in any baking dish but I really like making it in a bunt pan. I also share my easy to make High Protein Chocolate Chip Mug Cake recipe too! You can make it so quickly for a healthy dessert.

Lentil & Veggie Roast!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups of Cooked Mixed Veggies (I use a frozen mix of peas, carrots & green beans).
1 cup of organic quick oats
Seasonings of choice. I use Smoky Paprika, dry Oregano, Garlic powder, black Pepper, Vegano Seasoning, and some sea salt.
4 cups of cooked Brown Lentils
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Add the lentils, seasonings, veggies and oats to a food processor.
3. Pulse for a few seconds and then go ahead and blend on high. It will blend into a paste but it shouldn’t be too wet.
4. Add to a bunt pan or any baking dish of choice. Be sure that the pan you use is a non-stick one. I have to spray my bunt pan a touch with avocado oil or else it will get stuck. If I make it in my newer ceramic non stick bake ware I don’t need to add any oil however.
5. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
6. Allow to cool off a bit before transferring to a serving dish. I like to use a bunt pan and then flip it on a plate to serve it.
7. I like to top my roast with a drizzle of lingonberry jam on top. If you use a bunt pan it looks very pretty with the jam drizzled. You can also place extra jam on the side so people can add additional jam if desired.

Sprinkle of vegan chocolate chips

I definitely want to try making this, but without the cranberries and agave. I think following your inspiration would make it more like an herbed Boursin cheese I have had in the past. Thanks for a great idea! Now I can have a cheese while my husband has his cheese ball during the holidays 😂
I ❤❤ tea as well! Have you tried matcha lattes? Matcha is the whole leaf. I have heard it has more antioxidants. I also love golden milk tea with a vegan milk. I love the tumeric for its anti inflammatory properties. I love mushrooms 🍄🟫 too! You should try buckwheat grates as an alternative to the white rice. It’s a higher nutritional content and very tasty!

Hello, have you ever made a Mary Mini just with fruit? I'm doing the whole month of November with Orvel Douglas in the United States💃👍
No it wouldn’t be a MM if you only eat fruit. Maybe wait to start it.
I am wondering if anyone still had good results if they, for example, had potatoes for breakfast, Rice and veggie stir-fry for lunch, and a bean casserole for supper? Or is there a very specific reason why if we pick a starch for that day, we MUST stick with that starch for the entire day? For example my day 1 might look like this... Day 1 Breakfast: Oatmeal Fruit: 2 Cups of a Mixed Fruit Lunch: Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Any Veggie Dinner: Stir-Fry Noodles and Veggies Thanks, Lee
Some people do a “ Mixed Mini” where they pick different starches for their meals. For maximum benefit I would say stick to just one starch for each meals. The original Mary’s Mini didn’t have fruit in it but now they say you can have one piece of fruit per day. Mary’s Mini is a shirt term diet and then you can go back to having more of a variety of healthy foods.

Ive been vegetarian / plant based for years and my tummy still looks bloated.
Peter try looking up food combining. Many people benefit from not mixing certain foods together to aid in proper digestion.
Is oil really a no-no? I want to use sesame oil for my kimchi inspired veggies paired with streaming rice.
The problem is oil adds too many extra calories and offers no nutritional value sadly. If you need the sesame flavour I would just toast sesame seeds perhaps and sprinkle it on top of the dish.

Have you tried heating up the corn tortillas on a skillet or microwave to make them more pliable so they hold up more? That usually works for me, but I get it, some tortillas just don't want to work 😅
Yes I tried to heat them up! They just didn’t want to roll up nicely or stay pretty after air frying. So sad!

Most Nutritional Yeast is actually grown on GMO Beets and then these companies claim it’s organic. It’s totally not but they can pass it by as such. I just choose to stay away from it. I was never a huge fan to begin with. It was easy to eliminate.
