There's no one answer. When we stopped, we were pretty busy at the studio we work at and the time to record was hard to come by. I do have the itch to start up again, but it'd probably be towards the end of winter so we can make plans!

I brought Deirdre to a indy show and she loved it so we brainstormed this concept. I just wanted to show people their favorites before the big time and maybe introduce them to their possible new favorites in a couple years :)

Damn, that I didn't know. I had a couple CHIKARA comp disks and I dont think this was on them... but I *think* I was trying to get my hands on any Kings of Wrestling stuff I could find.

@makingthehottag8111 they were one of my draws too. What happened to me was. I got a couple CZW best of the best cuz i love tourneys, got a best of Mike Quackenbush dvd and that name just stands the hell out. Of course lots of history with him and Hero there so between the Kings, Quackenbush and Sweeney in 2008, I was done got. Fell right in love. Then Kingston, and the colony got really fucking good.

@@SartorialisticSavage65 I got into ROH right after Punk got plucked by WWE.. right as the CZW invasion started. The Milestone Series was a wonderful introduction to ROH. CC and Hero stood out and thats when I slowly started watching CHIKARA, CZW and a bit of IWA-MS.

@@SartorialisticSavage65 Agreed! Really tough to find bad stuff in that 2004-2007 range, especially ROH. I did watch the Kawada/Misawa AJPW stuff but fell off at the NOAH breakaway. Not for any real reason, just too much plentiful stuff stateside, I suppose.

Any of their 1 on 1's are can't miss. Morishima was something else.

@@makingthehottag8111 yeah his farewell segments is one of the hardest things you'll ever have to watch, you might even think better of it, his heart is just so heavy in that moment of time. I'm crying typing about it. It's still real to us man. WWE hella missed out. Shame on them for reallllll.

@makingthehottag8111 yeah. But I forget where quack wrote he had the match. In his book. I wish I still had it, fun read, as you'd expect, flies by into 2002 or so. But he also wrote that Quack recalled Eddie whispering to him, as they traded holds, "Hey, I'm really enjoying wrestling you today." And so this match carries heavy lore. Same indie run as IWA anc everywhere else in the east and mid west

Not shocking at all. I watched most of my Chikara long time ago so I dont remember if I saw that.

@makingthehottag8111 2008-2009 CHIKARA might be peak work rate but the angles were fire until 2017 or so.

Oh yeah, she enjoyed the match AND Generico's part in it. UA-cam and my iwtv sub are where I get the majority of the matches. Im a little hesitant on doing a bunch of Super Dragon matches in a short time. He's pretty protective of his stuff (at least PWG) which I totally understand, but would totally do more SD matches down the road.

It's a tough one to answer lol. She'll not like something I thought she would and love something I thought she would hate. She does love the Young Bucks. I guess if there was a "style" it would be like a PWG-style match (PWG doesn't like their matches on youtube, so they're a no-go directly)

@@makingthehottag8111 Hmm that's gonna be hard i haven't really watch enough pwg. So I'll just give you a match that watched recently Jushin Thunder Liger vs Bryan Danielson in ROH. It ain't no all time classic but its a fun match. It should be up on the official ROH yt channel

@@makingthehottag8111 This one's styling is a bit more basic but just to see some of PWG's original head honchos CZW has a tag match between Super Dragon and Excalibur vs Kevin Steen and El Generico thats still on youtube.
