When buying property pre-sale, you should be well prepared for all sorts of problems, lack of full disclosure, the developer will not allow escrow, will not typically issue an invoice (a factura cfdi) for the buyer to deduct the cost of acquisition when selling and this can cost thousands of dollars to the unaware buyer.
