Thank you! These are really great tips. I didn't know what your video was about from the thumbprint, but I'm so glad I clicked on it. Next year is going to be the first year. I'm going to try homeschooling. I was wondering if perhaps for a future video, do you have any advice for juggling a homeschool curriculum for different ages? A lot of the moms I've talked to have trouble doing homeschooling for 1st through 5th grade when they have a preschooler through first grade as well. When I've talked to other moms, they seem to only have the solution of putting the younger kids on a back burner, mainly focusing on the older kids. Do you have any suggestions? I don't want to just stick my 3-year-old in front of the TV if I'm trying to focus with my older kid. But I'm not quite sure how else to juggle for long enough periods of time to do full lessons with her. Anyway, thank you again so much. God bless!

Great question, thanks for commenting! And I'm so glad the video served you! I have tons to share here, so I'll definitely think about this for an upcoming video, but here's what I'll start with. I'd be curious what you mean by a 'full curriculum' for your school aged kiddos and what you're wanting to include in that. If you're just starting out I highly recommend easing into it. Start with your 3 esssential subjects and maintain that rythm until you feel super confident in getting those done at the frequency you want them done. Then add one thing. Maintain, repeat. You can do more as a family (think one-room school house) than you think you can. School, especially for kids younger than 8th grade, really can take only a couple of hours max. So when you're thinking of what you'll need to do with other kiddos, especially younger ones, while you're working with older kids, it's probably not as much time as you think it will be. Let me know what comes up for you when I share this and we can go from there! I hope this gets you started!
