First spot at Tallebudgera was at Kevin Gates Park next to the bridge then we moved to currumbin theres a side rd to goes under the bridge along side the gold coast hwy. last spot we went to tweed. Its off keith compton drv.

Our best spots for flattys on the Sunshine Coast we’ve found has been all along the water front there in front of the Caloundra Big 4👌. The Gold Coast we have caught a good flatty in a few spots, from Quota Park and along at beach is good, also along Shearwater Park Runaway Bay and also Col caught a nice flatty near Surfers Bridge off Commodore Drive 👌

I grew up in the 80's there. In the houses on your right as your heading away from the boat ramp in the start.
Just to add the first fishing place is kinda shallow. When low tide all of the water is on the opposite side.

The boat ramp and camp grounds have been upgrade lots since I lived there. Such a great place to grow up.

We recently went to Evan’s head there and you can drive on the beach there. No permit required. Nice way to fish or spend the day on the beach there too.
