If you must use Digistore24 and you have a friend in the US or UK,then you can easily ask them to help open one for you and give the login details to you. Sorry about that. Try logging out of the current Canva account you are using, and log in with a different account, then try the process again. If it takes longer to grant you access, then try using another browser, like Microsoft Edge in place of Google Chrome. Most importantly, you have to be patient. Remember, you really do not have anything to loose; it is FREE and everyone wants in. I published a video about 2 days ago that answered some of these questions and gave alternatives, Please watch to better understand how this works

Please elaborate on your question so I can better understand you. Do you have a Canva Pro Account or you joined a Free Canva Team? Please note that these are 2 different things.. If you own a Canva Pro account, it means you paid for it, and nothing can stop working except your subscription is out and you have not renewed it. If you join a Canva Team for free, it can stop working at anytime because you are not the owner of the team, and if the owner stops paying to keep that team active, you will stop getting access to Canva Pro Features, I hope this is clear

@@vasanthichegu3927 Of course your data (designs) are secured, however, since it was created using a team account, technically the owner of the team can have access to designs in his team...but you should not be worried about that, since each team have over 400-500 members, it will tedious and almost impossible to go through everyone's design (data)

This video is very educative, thanks for sharing. However, I've practiced it but I discovered that the answer is not clickable for one who wants to attempt the quiz. How can I achieve this, l want my audience to be able to attempt the quiz before the answer pops up. Thanks, I will be anxiously awaiting your response.

@@bintsalam My pleasure, I am glad you found the video helpful So you know the quiz interface you are creating is video and videos or pictures are not clickable.. This method is meant to engage your audience and get them wanting more. Even if they can't click on the answer, they definitely will have answered the quiz in their mind, so it really does not matter Now, if you want clickable quiz, you can use google forms, quiz plugins on your website or other platforms that provide you with form features I hope this is clear
