Thanks for checking out my channel. I post cover songs monthly.
To put it simply, I record cover songs for fun! It helps me improve my listening, playing, singing, recording and mixing skills.
UA-cam's ContentID system lets me share these songs while the rights-holders get paid for their work. This channel isn't monetized or sponsored in any way. It's just for fun.
My musical background: I learned the cello and piano as a kid. I studied Music Technology at Newcastle College, UK, and played keyboards in a couple of short-lived bands. These days I record "in the box" on the computer using Logic Pro, and mostly soft synths/effects.

I experimented with neuralframes.com to create the trippy video. I'll do more experimentation with it for future videos.

Released in 1986, it was the first single from their 1986 album "The Pacific Age" and reached #11 in the UK, #19 in the US, and was a top 10 hit in many other countries. Experimenting with neuralframes.com for the video. It took some odd turns but on the whole it was a pretty interesting result.
