With respect.. I have both a shorter and taller one. Imho, both have their advantages, just like axes. They sit side by side. The one not in use holds the axes, tip in wood, handle at the ready.

@@lifeontheswedishcountryside I had the MS261 a few years ago but using it all the time it wasn't really suited to cutting bigger timber. I think there were defects with the earlier models which Stihl have maybe sorted out now
