I've sharpened several of these knives and honestly they sharpen very well and produce a nice smooth edge which can get very sharp. I have videos showing how sharp I can get them. I don't like the shape, their marketing is phoney and they may be over priced but they're not as crappy as many people make them out to be. I think the first series was worse than the current crop which seems to be made of half decent metal. It seems similar to many average knives. Feels similar to an X45. Just sayin'.

Looking at the photos of the "professional chefs" it would not surprise me if they are not actually real. The knife is CLEARLY photoshopped in as they do with many Amazong images desperately attempting to show an image of someone using their product but don't want to bother having someone actually use the product. That alone indicates a MASSIVE lack of effort from a company claiming that each knife is "hand made". Not to mention that most handmade knives are not only VERY expensive but difficult to find. So a brand claiming they make handmade knives while mass selling knives at sale prices is a giant red flag. Were I to guess, the knife is made in China and is just basic pot steel that was never meant to be a knife.
