As good as both Onn. Large Party speakers Gen. 2's sound (the difference between both Gen 2 models is the second model now has Bass Boost off/Bass Boost on/Outdoors where as all prior models only had Bass Boost off/on) and the thump they pump, that Gen. 1 was a bit louder, and the Bass hit just a bit deeper. Also, I believe the Gen. 2 was not as much of a quality all around build.

Did removing the plate over the passive radiator change the sound? I’ve noticed the plate over the passive radiator almost makes a secondary chamber and will blow air in and out of the edges of the plate similar to a port

My local Walmart was about to remodel and they were selling them for $60 apiece so i bought 2 and I love them they bump hard when playing together I use them plugged in to host a bonfire and we played them 6hrs full blast and they didn’t sweat I can put them in my four door pickup and rattle the doors
