So not to go into too much detail, I have been struggling with my PTSD and Depression lately, so I haven't had the motivation or time to sit down and edit or record. UPDATE: So, the problem happened again and at first I thought I was just a complete dumbass and forgot to run as administrator. Once I was sure that wasn't the problem again, I decided to break my 1-week rule on Windows updates, I redownloaded the most recent version of OBS, and I cleaned my computer. Once the new version was downloaded, I sifted through the settings and made sure to change the FPS to 30 and I set process priority to high. It seems to be working, so my best guess is that the computer was possibly overheating from dust, and even with it being run as administrator, the computer wasn't making processing the highest priority. My advice would be to get a blower for computers that can be plugged into an outlet and clean your computer once a month. If your like me and lose it, then just run to the store and get some compressed air. TL;DR: Alway clean your computer, otherwise your entire system will suffer. I'll post another update if this problem decides to come back
