Hello! Yes, I had no issues with the air conditioning and water temperature :)

The hotel has the power to adjust water temperature from a main central position. There aren't hot water issues now but during the early days of MCO, they actually adjusted it whereby water didn't feel hot (but only warm to lukewarm) despite you turning the tap to its maximum position. I know this because i stayed with them countless no., of times before the MCO and i returned during MCO. If you ask me, Weil is more concerned with their own bottom line than guests' satisfaction. You can probably get your money's worth at other hotels in Ipoh. In my judgment, i would say this hotel is going downhill; it's not hard now to find steady complaints circulating on google review and agoda (forget their facebook page, they use it as their gimmick tool) abt their half-assed housekeeping job and customer service. if air-con isn't cold enuf, you got to notify them so that they will bring in their engineers to rectify, which was what i did when i stayed in their Miner's Cozy (twice the price of a standard room) room earlier this year.

Hihi, duplex room lebih kurang RM900. Bilik yang paling murah - deluxe room lebih kurang RM400. Boleh check Agoda ya? ☺️
