WOW, Thanks for the video. Windows 11 with a SSD 4TB, hooked up as an external drive with Type-C connection. It also work, but the steps are a little different: Look for computer management, then disk management, I couldn't directly convert to GPT disk, after a few attempts it don't work, I tried removing the volume, you will lost all data!!! on the drive, luckily for me its a new drive and it worked to convert the drive.
