OESTERGAARD | Is a well-established family owned global company. Our team of specialists work with the design, manufacturing and installation of process equipment for meat and fish by-product rendering/processing, freeze-drying and food equipment as well. We provide top-level support, technical knowledge and competence to the industries.
Our main headquarters comprises a 140,000 sq/ft manufacturing facility and a 16,000 sq/ft sales and engineering office, both located on the island of Funen in the center of Denmark.
We support & service North America from our workshop, spare parts warehouse and sales & engineering office. Our 60,000 ft2 American facility is located 12,9 miles from Kansas City International Airport.

The Oestergaard OSD
The OSD is an advanced automated dry salting/spice system for small or medium sized fish, meat or bread processing. The very versatile machine has advanced recognition to identify how much of the product should be dosed with salts and/or spices to ensure a uniform product every time. A dual spicing system can also be activated.

Giant Crane - Lifting Skylights - Build Process

A few weeks back we were in need of a large crane to lift and place skylights on top of three new factory halls being built by our danish headquarters as part of an elaborate expansion.
