Looks a mess. Doc had me on spaghetti carbonara 3 days after, no puree needed. Go from liquid to soft to normal. This stage is just a mess and not needed.

Same here...I love to cook my portions were big. June 5th vsg doing great no side effects. Off medications etc...best choice for me.

5 days post op and I m dying to reach the purée phase. It’s something that this video came up because I said taco meat was going to be my first meal.

Just found your videos. My husband has surgery on Tuesday. Thank you for sharing your experiences. He’s been nauseous since he could start drinking. He got anti nausea meds today. It is helping a little bit. Just water right now, hoping for his protein drinks by tomorrow. Thank you!

I had my my vsg starting weight 298 lowest weight was 168 current wait 239 ... I fell back in old habits chips the devil lol but I'm trying get back on track so far lost 5 down ....

how many ounces of food can you eat now? im at 2 weeks on my sleeve surgery. i can only eat about 3 to 4 oz of food. i keep seeing that is will increase a little bit. i was hoping to atleast be able to enjoy a 6 oz steak again one day lol
