Hi, I live in Almaty only. So i carried Drone many times from Almaty to Delhi and vice versa. No problems at all, Just remember the quad-copter will go in check in luggage and all the batteries and remote will go in hand bag in cabin. if you don't do this security will take your drone and they will create chaos there.
