Jack Dellinger's family built it's first grist mill in the Appalachian Mountains in 1847. He is the fourth miller, and still operates the original mill. It is on the National Register of Historic Places and is the last working water-powered grist mill in North Carolina. A 1-hour long documentary is in progress.

    wow is that true that antibiotics in cattle make them get fatter? it could be so because it messes up their poor tummies and digestive system. I figured it was so that the CAFO's can cram them into incredibly unhealthy conditions - standing in their own feces etc.

    I planted 35,000 fruit and nut trees in three months and millions of other seeds I don’t know a whole lot, but I know what works and how to do it that makes it so that the plants can propagate and duplicate its timing being able to be in position to win the game for life

    Ramps can also be cut just above their roots and scattered back in the area where it was harvested and will regrow. We do it every year. Works!!
