What did you use for the flashing?

Where does the water run off to, the neighbors yard? I didn’t see a gutter. Most city ordinance’s don’t allow discharging water with-in 6ft or more from your neighbor’s property.

What is thickness of the sheet used?

Those cantilever supports on the house wall do not look too strong. If you stand on the beams or a strong wind load may cause the supports to come loose. No thanks.
