You are wrong about the Anonymous.txt! It WAS planted on an SOE server and I know that it had a second line that they did not openly publish in the news...! The second line was "You should have expected us!" and while that is kind of funny, I am NOT KIDDING! This file is PROOF that it was a mainframe/domain takeover with full administrative rights and access to the servers!
Wasn't SQL injection either, but a mainframe and domain takeover via a root CVE of Red Hat Enterprise Server 8!

The passwords were hashed, but the hashes not "salted" meaning you can calculate the "collisions". One of these would be the clear text password, hence you could "back calculate" them. Hey just gonna point this out the image in the background is not from the corrupted blood incident, as the location shown is the 2010 orgrimmar revamp when the event happened in 2005. To my knowledge, that image is actually taken from a large battle where alliance players attacked the warchief Garrosh Hellscream, as the location of that image is right outside the warchief's building
