If you're here just for specs, the spark plug gap is 0.031-0.035" and the spark plug torque is 9.8lb/ft If you want to watch the rest of the video, it'll show you what all needs to be removed to get access to your spark plugs. Of the bikes I've worked on this bike is about as easy as it gets. I'm a fairly slow mechanic and if you include the oil change, it took me about an hour to do this.

Not a full installation video, but hopefully it helps. EDIT: YOU WILL NEED TO REMOVE THE PLASTIC TANK COVER. You will also need to loosen the bolts securing the gas tank (5mm allen bolts x4 on either side of the gas tank and a 12mm bolt at the front of the gas tank). This will allow you to move the tank over to the side just enough to get at the bolts on top of the ABS pump/module. The torque s...

Anyone doing this job and you’re struggling with the coil packs, THEY ARE NOT THREADED put some gloves on and shake it side to side while pushing up on it. When you go to put them back in put a small amount of dielectric grease on the top of the coil and bottom and it makes it way easier next time.

In order to avoid the bags rubbing against my turn signals i took a threaded rod to make sure there's a certain and fix distance inbetween, that's Point nr 1, point nr 2 is that for some reason the first time i rode with them on my MT07, somehow the right one must have been in contact with the exhaust and nearly burned through the fabric... The seller said i was the first one with this kind of problem but i hardly believed him

Anyone who is having a HARDTIME REMOVING the COIL PACK, I used a long nose hose plier (the ones with the clamp angled). Since the clamp is angled, it would roughly be horizontal with the coil while the handle of the plier will be angled upward and out. The clamp will clamp the "neck" of the coil pack, I placed another tool like a screwdriver to provide the fulcrum, and press down on the handle, raising the clamp upwards. That did the trick for leverage that my hand couldn't provide. It doesn't damage the coil pack either (just don't squeeze on the clamp hard).
