Thanks for the video. The tapered sleeve (or whatever it is called) seems like it could do with something to force it into the clutch place, like a nut that tightens behind it.
Good vid, just put a cybox system on my 190. Its supposed to slide on behind last sensor but its one piece. Fun with the grinder.

Looks good I’ve done plenty of them I have a zt190 it was recommissioned the black edition but you would understand why if you seen it as it’s the only one of its kind with the work that’s been done to it
Thats fair enough we seen these cars daily, but the typhoon is getting there,

@@custommechanics6158 don't ya love the colours they just stand out just a shame about the lacquer I just love the way they are built i don't like the arm chair 75s but the zts they are in a league of there own
@@jeffvaljean6030 yes I agree the biggest issue with the typhoon down the line is the lacquer peel all the mechanic bits are pretty much brand new now, got more parts ready to finish the rear off,
I like the fact the he goes threw what bits are for what parts and shows you how to line the clutch up to the flywheel and to the clutch plate no nonsense just what it is and what it's all about 👍
I like the blue it really stands out I have the anthracite grey one but for some reason it blows water on tick over but is fine on a run really confusing
Is your a v6 as if its blowing out more than likely a blocked oil cooler
@@custommechanics6158 I put an oil cooler on it about a year ago seemed ok I left it with a friend and got it back with a leak from the rad so got a new rad and now it pushes water out on tick over I am about to change the thermostat and check the water pump done the belts last year but not the pump it seemed fine just bought a new pump so thinking do the lot in one go and keep my fingers crossed 🤞 oh yes mines the zt190
@@custommechanics6158 but you might have a point I recon he has thrown some bars in it to stop the leak I will clean out the system when replacing the thermostat
