Another enthousiastic Niccis vid 🥳...about the descaling issue...I use Oscar 150 water softening pouches...Also on Amazone 😊 cheap & effective....It just takes time to soften depending on your water...You can deal with that by using different carafs. Effective for 6 months....To be honest...skipped the part with the hair products 😊 I descal just every 5 years. For the latte art...give chocolate powder a try...works great 👍

It will improve your coffee & your fitness with a good grinding workout.

Can I heat milk in a cup inside?

Side sleepers need a soft surface whereas stomach sleepers need more support. How does it work for both. My struggle is finding a mattress that gives me pressure relief for my shoulders and hips but support in my lumbar area.

I purchased the same model TechniVorm Moccamaster Coffeemaker about 3 weeks ago. I was amazed when I tasted the first cup of coffee from the Moccamaster. It was beautifully balanced-full-bodied but no bitterness. To get the most from the Moccamaster, I recommend using fresh coffee beans and a good burr grinder, such as the one from Moccamaster, although other burr grinders will do as well. Also I have purchased a scale to weigh the coffee beans before I grind them. I have found 60 grams of coffee beans to one liter of fresh water is the right ratio for excellent coffee. I use filtered water and also stir the coffee grinds for a few seconds when the wet grinds start to “bloom.”

Great, honest review. I like how you show that it's a lot of work to keep clean and how even then it doesn't get quite perfectly clean. I bought one of these years ago which I left in the house when it was sold. I used it for about 2 years and most meals were cooked with it. Great unit! My biggest complaint is, of course, the cleaning. The aluminum element guards and the metal shelf guides are impossible to get clean. I am thinking of getting another one but that's the biggest barrier to me just doing it.
