Bit of a problem with Makoto. Wisdom needs to be 13 to multiclass into or out of monk. So that Intelligence will have to take a hit. Also, you lose out on Martial Arts and some base features that are explicitly called out to not work when wearing armor. So breastplate isn't an option, sadly. Same applies to Sumire sadly.

54:28. I think this is because Eva seems to have a bit of a complex around being a victim. Being treated badly and wanting what she thinks she deserves. She’s been wronged before. And as you later bring up is her talent and her life has brought her pain she feels she doesn’t deserve (and frankly doesn’t) . She’s stuck in something that makes her miserable and now she’s stuck with people she’s outcasted from. She doesn’t want to be seen as in the wrong for what she did. Because she feels she doesn’t deserve this painful scrutiny. Maybe Idk if she wants them to feel sorry for her or if she just wants to justify it to herself alone but she’s looking for every possible avenue to justify herself as the victim for murdering Wolfgang which is why while her motives are probably out of spite there’s also so many layers

Long comment because I wanna engage with da video I think Eloise is definitely suspicious. Maybe she'd kill in self defense or if she felt truly threatened, whether or not that would actually be the case. I really like your observations and inferences on Eloise's character and the parallels she has with Grace. I didn't clock the potential anger issues she could have and I like how you linked that to the possible reason people were afraid to face her. Rip the GOAT Wolfgang, he is missed by some🙏😔 Glad to see someone else think that Wolfgang is just mentally ill af lol. He sort of reminds me of Kinjo Tsurugi from DR:A (the similarities are admittedly surface level though.) I would argue that Wolfgang simply chose the knife for convenience's sake; they were at hand and small enough to be hidden in his blazer as to not alarm Diana and/or get a one-up on any would be killer. Also, I doubt he would have known about the rolling pin considering he did not investigate the closets (as far we are aware.) I can't think of any smaller, blunt objects he could have used. I personally like that there are a of multitude reasons for Eva killing, I think the fact that she says "Tozu made me do it" only to be countered by Desmond's point about the perk, plays into the overarching theme of the chapter which is hypocrisy. I agree the simple, spiteful angle would have been fine enough, but I like that they highlighted that aspect of her actions. (In a sense, I think hypocrisy tends to be a very layered motivator, since it hides beneath intention.) I don't know where Damon's development will go either but I'm excited to see where it goes though, whichever direction they take it. I actually haven't heard the take that he's jealous of Diana and angry at his shortcomings in response to her hope speech lol nice Grace surviving? Interesting, I'm totally convinced she's a dead woman walking lol. I'd love for her to survive but I don't think she's in a good position mentally and may end up making a rash decision that leads to her death. Grace strikes me more as a victim than a killer despite her demeanor; she doesn't seem like the type to be good at misdirection and lying, so I doubt she'd make a great killer, though she's absolutely capable of killing someone. She's also very confrontational and will inevitably ruffle some feathers among the cast (*cough* Eloise *cough*). No idea what they're gonna do with Mark, I like your thinking though. Your logic with Cassidy follows the apparent pattern of what the writers are going for with the animal symbolism (pretty straightforward) but when Tozu was looking for dirt on everyone for blackmail the worst he found on Cassidy was a spider joke, which is odd considering she's made loads of money. Granted, she apparently dedicates most of her proceeds to charity, but charities aren't always honest with their practices and sometimes help way less than they claim. Her being a killer seems very unlikely to me, honestly the only way I could see her killing someone is by accident and unknowingly in an effort to assist rather than kill. Similar to Chiaki from DR2, I guess. Her being a deliberate killer though would definitely be interesting. Toshiko the MASTERMIND?! That would be hilarious. It was brought up that Wolfgang skipped several grades and was in college near or around Toshiko's age. If you ask me, a shark is more out of place in a garden than a flamingo. Nice vid! The kind that protect employees from mistreatment and exploitation in an company which seems quite interesting for an entrepreneur who rules over almost all the agricultural economy in edens garden I believe she'll probably show her true colors mid trial when evidence stacks against her and try to manipulate people possibly Ulysses I can see her trying to manipulate him to give her a fake alibi as he records everything or I see her killing ulysees kinda like fake friendship thing (also Damon's snake motiff also kinda comes into play because he kinda inadvertently let Eva's murder happen in a way because he asked her to investigate the pharmacy poster which inadvertently "tempted her" with the "fruit of knowledge" in this case the traitor perk she knew she couldn't share what she found out abt the perk with Damon because yes that basically hands the perk over but also cause she probably realizes Damon semi trusts her but will full on act on his own accord for his own benefit)
