CPR First Aid is the leading first aid provider in Australia.
Whether you’re returning to work after a long absence, looking for a new career or simply meeting the requirements of your current workplace, we’re here to help you and we genuinely care.
When you train with us, you have the option to visit our established, spacious, high-spec training centres in either Melbourne or Sydney, but - should that seem too far to travel - we’re equally happy to accommodate your needs by hiring a venue closer to you or by sending an accredited first aid instructor to your place of business. Courses can be tailored to suit the requirements of your workplace and portions of the work can be completed online to save time.
Here at CPR First Aid, we don’t believe in dull, monotonous teaching. Our aim is to make all of our first aid training courses fun, efficient and - above all - memorable.

V informative video
I completed my CPR Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation course at Australian Red Cross on 27 October 2023
Did you write any theory test there pls?
nice ribs.... in the coffin.... 😅 (love this woman!)
didnt u just elevate the bitten limb by moving him into left sided recovery position which is totally contraindicated in such cases.
Best instructor going around!!!
Presentation is excellant. Thank you.
Enjoyable
Very useful Video. Thank you.
good
You are in a rush hey. However, good video to refresh the knowledge and i even learner something new. Thank you a lot. Good demonstrated
I think it’s a good lesson, but the echo makes it hard to follow.
Awesome instructor! You made it very clear and your explanations for each process was excellent. 🥰
I love CPR First Aid because the teachers are so realistic.
"They have nice ribs....IN THE COFFIN".
Interestingly when my wife was admitted to hospital with covid and being an asthmatic the nurse instructed her to do 8 cycles of 4 puffs with her preventer and a further 12 cycles of 4 puffs of her reliever. Repeat after 20 minutes She did this over the course of an hour. Her heart rate was 115 bpm whilst she was administering her asthma puffers
Fantastic instructor and instruction ❤️
An amazing instructor, quirky sense of humour 😁❤️
It's excellent to have this video as a reference to support what I've read in the manuals. Thank you Priceless information.🙏❤️
great video, now I won't be a "silly ding-dong" if I need to do CPR.
It’s give good information and very helpful.
the most engaging instructor.
This is very good it helps with my recertification
Well explained video👏
Just a small recommendation for busy attendees, this video repeats other information from the CPR video which has already been very clearly addressed - in detail ( breaking ribs scenario). As this is a RECOVERY video, would be more succinct and engaging to keep it short and stick to the topic.
very vivid demonstration and illustration!!!
who designed this video...so headache inducing
We got 65 questions now
this advice is wrong. an EpiPen should be used if it's expired, if there is no other alternative. If you don't know this - you shouldn't be passing your first aid course. Also it needs to be administered in the side of the thigh, the trainer demonstrator did this on the front of leg.
first
I was interested to see your technique. I searched the ARC guidelines and there is none for Choking that I could find. Where did you get the idea to do a squeeze on the baby's chest from front to back instead of 'back blows' ? You actually completely discount the 'back blows' technique. Everywhere I have seen the choking technique demonstrated it specifically says "back blows" for complete obstruction and explains the technique as such. Can you please point me in the direction of research which discounts the 'back blows' technique and specifically recommends the chest squeeze that you demonstrate here. ps. I am in Australia. Thank you.
if you suspect spinal injury wouldnt you put a brace around their neck before turning and if you need to turn wouldnt you get more than one person to help
yes, ideally, if you have the brace and/or people
well explained video. very informative
Very thorough and precise Thankyou
Very good precise and thorough Thankyou
I've never used one of these machines. Makes me feel more confident having watched the video,
Knowledge makes you more confident in what you are doing. Great presentation
If you move them into recovery don't you increase the lymp system. ?
Good video I"ve never had to deal with Anaphylaxis so now I am feeling better.
Loved the presenter. Common Sense 000 makes me want to find out how well I would handle a live situation
Great Video. Gave me confidence to do what I know is right.
Times of COVID now..I’m guessing we can’t do mouth to mouth Also, having the knowledge is like a comfort zone.. you do remember what to do I’m an emergency
Over 40 years first aid has changed … are we still able to squeeze the shoulders ? It all depends
Excellent presentation lol 😂 poor Justin..
Excellent presentation
Excellent video - I’ve just looking through before I do my update cpr
If you suspect a spinal injury, wouldn't be better to check first if the casualty is actually breathing before moving their head to check the airways? :)
Incorrect. Life is more important
@@coleheketoa Oh because breathing is not associated with being alive?
It's informative and very easy to learn. It's comprehensive!
Presentation is great and clear . I recommend too all
Great video, thanks
