You're right. All inkjet printers use pigmented ink for black. Only a few use pigmented ink for color as well. Most use dye ink for color. None of the printers in this list use pigmented ink for color. This is a perfect example of the kind of video consumers should avoid at all costs if they are seriously considering purchasing something expensive like a pigmented ink printer. Videos like this are deceptive and harmful to consumers and should be removed IMHO.
