loving how it looks, looking forward to see your next Videos ( coasterjankies_2728 )
What are the shortcuts for duplicating and displacing objects? I can't find most of them by hovering the buttons.
Are you on PC or console? Actually, I went to settings and controls to see and change the short commands so that it suits me better.
it looks great so far!
Glad you think so! I think it will turn out great once completed. 🎢
So I can just delete the entrance they give me and make a parking lot with those busses and people will come?
That is correct! How nice is that? 😄
I believe you have to be directly in the center, if of even just a tiny bit it will be off. I think it you hold the f-key it puts it in the center. On the original piece that you put in the flat ride. I might be wrong
Ah OK. Thanks, I will definitely try the F-key next time ☺️
@PlanCoBySeb if it don't work don't hold it against me. I just seen someone say that in a video
@ I promise! 😄 At this point it is all about getting to know the game really.
@PlanCoBySeb and I am glad some of you are. The majority of people I watched when the first one came out do not like this one.
@@robertchermanYes I know. That’s become it differs from the original that we love and are used to. I mean, there is pros and cons 🤷🏽♂️
Blev kanon! 😊
🙏🏼🙏🏼🌟
Great build!! And I'm guessing some of the stocking points will get fixed up in patches because it is crazy how some things were better in planco1, so I'm sure they won't just leave them be
Most likely, I hope you are right. It just makes everything take a little longer. But that’s when you as a player needs to get creative and work around the issue. Thank you for sharing! 🙏🏼
is this on the steam workshop?
Yes it is ☺️
Its cool to see the different ways people are troubleshooting through the new tools...so far i have seen about 5 different ways people use to smooth out paths and they all work! Its just an exciting time with the new game
Yes I agree. Still learning and trying to figure out stuff. Anything in particular you noticed?
Thats a bomb technique. The path circle and benches. Will try it in PC2
Yes, this technique has saved me multiple times in PC1, then it was harder to “hide” queues and exits. Let me know ow how it is going with PC2
whats that white platform underneath the concrete roadblock
Some kind of hazard strips from the workshop. Very useful. Can be colored in any desired color.
@@PlanCoBySeb thanks i found it, also im looking for the handicap parking lot sign but i cant find the exact one you used
Okey! There should be several signs available
@@PlanCoBySeb do you know where you got the cars from? and if so what are they called
Just cars in the scenery tab. Might be from the studio pack.
Quick Tip: If you hold down C, you can scale objects by just dragging the mouse back and forth. Very helpful for those planter and nature patches to make it a little easier to achieve variety. 🙂
Good tip! Thank you for sharing 🙏🏼😄
I really like the style you're going for! Even though big and majestic parks are awesome, I think this idea of a smaller and more local park feels cozier and home-like; brings back child-memories. Can't wait for the next episode!
I am glad you like the idea! Have you started any project on your own in Planet Coaster 2 yet?
@@PlanCoBySeb I haven't actually gotten the second game yet, I'm not really the big spender, and 49 euros is a little much for a game I think, but if and when it becomes on sale, you bet!
I understand! Let’s hope for some good deals during Black Friday this weekend 😄
Guests only collide with other guest and avoid path enhancements like trash bins, benches, and tables. I believe they still clip through scenery like walls and statues right now. That’s been my experience.
Thank you for a quick answer to my question. I belive you are correct.
Nice. Makes me wish PC2 was an upgraded version of PC1 and not an alpha version with water rides and a new path system, camera system and... a few new track pieces.
Don’t you think that PC2 is an upgrade? 🥹
4:30 where'd you get the wooden fences here? cant seem to find them on the workshop
There in the scenery tab with the other fences. I think they are an item from the original and no DLC ☺️
@@PlanCoBySeb bummer, cant seem to find it still 😔😔
Are you in Planet coaster 1 or 2? 🤔
@@PlanCoBySeb PC1! maybe it's a part of one of the DLC's
Probably. I can double check and get back to you.
Hello from Sweden… How to make crosswalks without guest entering the streets?? So frustrating.
Hi! I am from Sweden as well, I will answer this question in English anyway. ☺️ It is a good question and I don’t have an answer. I was thinking if it would be possible to sink down barriers into the ground to prevent guests stepping onto the street and make them force to choose and other way. However, it is not an optional solution. Does anyone else have an idea of how to make guests behave as natural as possible when crossing a crosswalk? ☺️
I am assumming this game has no functional carnival games, is that correct?
Good question. I don’t think so, at least not for the moment. I hope they will add some
Ser fantastiskt ut! Riktigt bra layout på parkeringen
Tack kompis! Alltså, jag älskar PC2! Det är beroendeframkallande. Har du börjat? Ser fram emot dina kommande projekt. 😄
@ jadå, känner precis likadant. Väldigt roligt med något nytt
Ja verkligen! Ser fram emot fler uppdateringar och mer innehåll. 🙌🏼
Wow I made the exact same style parking lot with the same asphalt and brick and using plaster walls for the stall lines etc. And now I just realized I didn’t add any of the concrete wheel stop things!
Haha, very nice! Well, you can add them later. ☺️ Any tips & trick you can teach me?
Loving the park!
Thank you so much! I have already started with the entrence for the next episode 🙌🏼
how did you get the video of a coach arriving?
There’s actually a shuttle bus available in the track ride section. I used that and put it in test mode.
how did you make the bus drive?
There is a shuttle bus available as a track ride ☺️
I really want to play this but I can't at the moment as my graphics card is not adequate enough which ultimately crushed my dream of doing so as soon as it came out!
Oh noooo 🥹 Well, hang in there, as soon as you are able to start playing you will be in for a good time!
Looks awesome, clean job
Thank you my friend! ☺️
4:30 If you turn merge off you can just keep stamping and it fills the grid only up to the existing path
Oh I see, thanks you! I’ll try that next time. I appreciate your help David! 🙏🏼
📸📸💯💯✨✨😎😎
Thank you 🤩
And when you get to plopping down rides, you can use that same tool to change the pavement on the flat rides and the railing for the rides to match the rails on the queues and the path of your guest paths.
Oh, I see! I will definently try that once I start to place some rides. Thanks a lot! 🙏🏼
You can use the customize brush to repaint paths but also add/remove rails to already existing paths. Noticed you were plopping down paths with rails on already existing paths. This will save you time instead of plopping down new paths on existing ones by just brushing over the edges you want with rails.
Okey, brush tool for changing paths. Very helpful tips. I appreciate you taking the time to explain this to me. Thank you! 😄
@ No problem! I’m still learning too, found out you can use the path edit tool to drag a path node to a flat ride edge to combine the nodes and make your normal guest path seamlessly go right up to the railing if the flat rides so guest can watch them and also expand queue paths to be wider than their default.
In this parkinglot, do people dont just walk straight through parked cars?
@@Surreallistic79 I don’t know, let’s find out once they ass cars to the game. Haven’t seen any yet… Or is it only me? 🤔
@@jdjenk04 Oh really? That’s nice. I also noticed rides can be placed directly onto plazas for example. It sure looks a lot better than before. Thanks again! 🙏🏼
great park so far!
Thank you so much! Have you started your PlanCo2 journey yet? 😄
@@PlanCoBySeb yes! I'm having so much fun!
Me too, I love it 😄
seeing this 7 months later still helps me build better!
I am glad my content is able to help ☺️
Came here because I cant figure out how the hell you change the railings, turn them off and change the path style for flat rides. Its nothing like planet coaster 1. I still have no idea...
Did you manage to figure it out?
@@PlanCoBySeblol I think so. You go to the path tool, go to custom brush, go over to the paint tab and rail tab and set it up how you want it. Is that how you do it?
@@PlanCoBySeb Also, it won't let me do just grass like you did. Weird.
Yes exactly! In this video it works on fences like the ones used in the queue for the Ferries wheel 😄
That is because you need to custom select the ground brushes you want to use. This is done in the park menu before you open a new project.
lol, your parking spots are reversed, no solid lines at entering & exiting
Correct me If I am wrong, but that’s not always the case right? Some parking spots have an “open” entering/exit.
this is no different of a 'tutorial' than the other timelapse builds by any other youtuber. There is nothing tutorial like about it.
What do you feel is missing?
Thanks!
You are welcome
How do I get cars in PS4?
Good question. Is there any cars in the scenery tab?
@@PlanCoBySeb unfortunately not, but I did some looking around and I think they are in the the studio scenario pack. Correct me if I’m wrong tho
@@SpaceCapybara732 okay, well, that can of course be the case.
This helped me so much!
I am glad you found this episode/series helpful ☺️
0:19 I dont have those to paints... i have the studio dlc, is this the wrong one?
never mind. The paint depends on the map you play on. hmm i dont like this
Yeah, I noticed that myself just the other day. Some maps doesn’t blend the asphalt that well… 🤔
Kan man köpa eller ladda ner ner grönalund i planet coaster?🤟🔥
Det går nog att ladda ner inne på steam workshop. Eller bygg Grönan själv? 😄
Very good tutorial series <3
Thank you so much! 😄
5:03 Where did you get that fence from?
It is a tool maker item from the workshop. There are plenty of fencing to choose from over there.
@@PlanCoBySeb I've been struggling to find that exact type of fence in the workshop though
I see, well, let me check the exact name of the item, and you can find it that way. I will get back to you.
@@moon993 The name is simply: Fence on the workshop. search for s workshop and you should be able to find the item.
I beg you please do a tutorial on how to get custom items, like the floor you have and parking and cars and fences all that stuff.
Okey, I can try. ☺️
