#woodturning #woodturningprojects #woodentoy This is my second woodturning toy project. I made it from alder tree log. Using just a firewood for that. It's easy to make and you can add colors and illustrations later. I also finished it with natural oil wax, this part is not included in this video. It's easy to make if you have access to the wood lathe and you know how to use it :)

    Sorry dude...I just can't finish watching this. Music is freaking annoying and there's literally no instruction of anything at all. It's just a video of someone working. Now, imaging watching a video with no communication, boring and annoying music and all you're watching is someone doing the dishes. Would "YOU" watch that? Engagement with your audience is PARAMOUNT if you want your channel to go further. Thumbs down.

    Kas otste liimimine,et pragusid ei tekiks on laiemalt tuntud tehnika või sa oled ainult ise seda praktiseerinud? Esimest korda näen

    • @nicewoodencrafts
      @nicewoodencrafts Рік тому

      Kasutatakse näiteks ka puiduvärvi vms, mul oli lihtsalt liimi pudel kõrval ei viitsin värvi otsida. Liim isegi on parem panin tähele. Mõte on ju selles et niiskus ei eralduks läbi otsa liiga kiirelt puidust välja. See on kõige kiiremini kuivav osa puidul. Olen kasutanud näiteks edukalt ka lateksvärvi, mis toimis ka väga hästi.

    There is a faster way. Cut spatula from designated piece of wood as thick as you can get in the bandsaw.Turn it on it side and then cut it in original thickness. Voila.

      @nicewoodencrafts 2 роки тому

      Thanks for the comment! Yes it's good tip when you have a work piece without any cracks and you like to make many same size spatulas. So I have many cracks there and I like to use blanks for different size of spatulas.

  • @garriv777

    Good job! Just a tip for ya, I use Bessey pipe clamp fixtures and you can get small screw on pieces for the ends so that you can screw two pipes together. I have many of these pipes cut to 30" and if I need something longer I just add an extension piece and screw on another 30" piece of pipe. It's a very versatile system. Just make sure, if you go this route, that you buy pipe that has thread on both ends. Take care!
