Bike is good for the price customer service is eirher perfect or non existent and rheree basically no dimensional info on the forks or the controller. I'm going to have to just start taking stuff apart annd measuring myself. Got in a bad wreck and completely bent the fork and nefore thsy insevered the wire from the underside of the bike to the headlight horn combo. Also have no idea how tall the main neck bar is and yhe diameter wnd I just want to order something not go out and measure everything but i think theys my plan now after too long of s nap may as well do something

I plan on getting one in a few months, i hope this company holds up well with there warranty! There's been a lot of 50/50 in terms of satisfaction with those bike! But I'm willing to give it a chance! I don't plan on pushing his thing past 80 percent of its maximum speed! So if it fails from normal street riding i hope there willing to take care of whatever the problem is!

This bike is got sent, best solution to high gas and insurance prices, I write this bike in LA since December 2023, over 4000 miles now, NO license plate, NO registration, NO motorcycle license, I have been pulled over for illegal lane change, (totally my fault) receive a citation which cost me about $300 including traffic school, vehicle on the ticket described as a BICYCLE !!! 😂😂😂 no joke.

This is a crappy company. I waited a month for the delivery of the items, which were in bits and pieces. There were no installation instructions. The welding was haphazard. No product inspection Before shipping. Is there no one with a brain in the whole factory? If something goes wrong, I will sue you for taking human life lightly!

I was wondering about the tires though! the bike is a beast of a machine, but I don't mess around when it comes to my tires, I usually switch when out for Hybrids. Vee motor Huntsmans preferably.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The customer service is absolutely terrible and they will ignore your service requests. My Cupid bike failed within the first 600 km and it took about three months for them to finally help me. Now I need new front forks because they are leaking and they will not even sell them to me. They have just been ignoring me. TORONTO ONTARIO CANADA

BEWARE! I purchased the M8 Emoto from Eahora and their customer service is terrible. They failed to include the title with the package, which is shown as the first item pulled out in all unboxing videos. Their responses come once a day, very early in the morning, likely due to the time difference with China. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting by the mailbox for the title so I can register at the DMV, as they won't accept email copies. To make matters worse, the handlebars still move even after I used a pipe for leverage to tighten them. Has anyone else had this problem? They are sending replacement bars and block, but it will take weeks, or even months, at this rate. I will never purchase from them again; the bike cost too much money to have such issues with a company based in China.

I first got a Eahora Romeo Pro. It would not pull me, 190lbs, up the hills here. So I got the Romeo II and it is a beast. It does the hills with ease. I was on sand today with a friend, he was spinning his rear wheel loosing traction the whole time I was not. It handles sand and gravel just fine. I've been averaging 15 miles a day. Wondering how long it will last.

Is there a way to turn OFF Pedal-Assist while still being able to use the TWIST throttle? If I set PAS to ZERO then the twist throttle doesn't work.

They’re like 5000 grand kind of expensive for electric bike, it goes 50 mph up to 100 mile range on one battery charge… you can get them with a sidecar. I definitely would like to have one.
