Anybody that thinks this is affordable is out of their mind. Do you think it's normal that homes went up 40% in 2 years and interest rates doubled? Hypothetically, your income would have to increase 140% just to be able to afford a house that you would have been able to afford in 2020. No thank you. Plus, what people don't understand is that you have to pay for the HOA there, which increases your monthly payment by 1000 dollars per month.
