Question #22 - Can Pictures of Jesus Be An Idol?
It's not tastles they are tzitzit
Everything in this world is owned by Jesus including your soul. We are told why that is from the parable of the unruly renters. At 10 min. .... it is because of what The Lord Jesus Christ has done, yes, but also what He does and continues to do. Proverbs 30 tells us that Jesus was helping out even ~1000 years prior to the events at The Cross. Matthew 23:8 Jesus Says: “But you are not to be called ‘Rabbi,’ for you have One Teacher, and you are all brothers." Matthew 12:50 Jesus Says: "Anyone who does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother!” I would be very interested to know how The Bible defines the job of a prophet. My thinking is a prophet simply tells others what GOD said to them and in a very careful, kind, forgiving, loving way. I wish all the clergy would listen to what you say around 22 min. because I've seen a lot of damage done by preachers ordering and demanding things from others.
Hell is not where you are, Hell is 'who' you are!
No one on this earth has ever experienced Hell, so we can only go by what is revealed to us. What the Bible plainly says is that it is a place people are destined for unless they have forgiveness. And that's why Jesus came.
@@FriendsinFaithchurch "No one on this earth has ever experienced Hell, so we can only go by what is revealed to us." ~~~ Polly-wanna-cracker? Your claim demonstrates two things; one, it shows that you are unSaved! Two, it shows that those who take metaphor and myth literally are, and will remain, clueless. "What the Bible plainly says is that it is a place people are destined for unless they have forgiveness." ~~~ We used to tell the children about judgment and punishment to make them behave. Some never grow out of it. It is nonsense! And that's why Jesus came. ~~~ You miss Jesus' entire purpose because you are not Saved! But you can be truly Saved and Know! Anyone can be 'Saved/Enlightened'!; "Born again" into the state of Unconditional Love = Salvation = Enlightenment = Heaven = Immortality = One with God! "Heaven is at hand!" - Jesus Here! Now! Anything else is Hell! Unconditional Love is ALWAYS Known by It's Unconditional Virtues; Compassion, Empathy, Sympathy, Gratitude, Humility, Charity (Charity is never taking more than your share of anything, ever!), Honesty, Happiness, Faith... ALWAYS! "I and the Father are One!" "As I Am so can you be!" "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing." -John 15:5 One with Christ = One with God! "What a man loves, he is. If he loves a stone he is that stone, if he loves a person he is that person, if he loves God - nay, I durst not say more; were I to say, he is God, he might stone me. I do but teach you the scriptures." - Meister Eckhart It is the LIFE of the truly Saved displaying the Virtues of Unconditional Love that is the gospel, the Light in the darkness! “Your task is not to seek for Love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” - Rumi

Please Help me I Believe Jesus Is The Son of God and God The Son of The Holy Trinity I Believe Jesus Shed His Blood and Died in my place to Pay for All my Sins He was Buried Then 3 Days Later Jesus Arose From The Dead!!! But I am struggling with some Sins that I honestly don’t know how to quit I hate my Sins But I genuinely don’t know how to stop them Am I still Saved because of my faith in Jesus or am I Not Saved because of my Sins? Am I born again because of my faith in Jesus or is there something more I need to do? Thank you for All your Help and Time God Bless you
Yes, you are still saved because of your faith! Salvation has always been, is, and will always be because of God's grace accepted through our faith. (Eph. 2:8-9) You are not alone in struggling with sin because every Christian does. The Apostle Paul even did. In Romans 7: 18-19, he wrote that he wanted to do good, but found himself doing what he didn't want. In fact, verse 24 even shows that he may relate to how you feel by saying, "What a wretched man that I am!" But, he asked the same question you have which is, "Who will rescue me?" His answer is, "Thanks be to God through Jesus Christ our Lord!" (Romans 7:25) This is always a good thing to remember. And, here's something else that God inspired Paul to write that I think helps, "Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to saved sinners - of whom I am the worst." (1 Timothy 1:15) God doesn't want us to sin, but His mercy trumps judgment because He loves us. Hope this helps!
@@FriendsinFaithchurch thank you for All your encouraging words God Bless you
You too. I'll be praying for you. @@monicadhaliwal1791
Your question is basic....perhaps you have missed the real question here : where did Jesus go IMMEDIATELY after He was resurrected ( between resurrection and the time when He returned to converse with Mary ) Ask yourself what could have been so important that He needed to go to attend to at that precise time ? If you seek the HOLY SPIRIT He will lead you in ALL TRUTH. This has been overlooked for 2,000 years. The answer will be enlightening and helpful to understand the nature and personality of God. HEBEL EST OMNIS ADAM
Ok so what's the answer? To the heart of the earth? To preach to the spirits?
It could also be his complexion
Jesus was right beside her but she didn’t recognize him because she was having trouble believing that the Lord was really risen so Her eyes were so blinded by tears that she did not discern Him. And the hearts of the disciples were so full of grief that they did not believe the angels' message or the words of Christ Himself. How many are still doing what these disciples did! How many echo Mary's despairing cry, "They have taken away the Lord,. and we know not where they have laid Him"! To how many might the Saviour's words be spoken, "Why weepest thou? whom seekest thou?" He is close beside them, but their tear-blinded eyes do not discern Him. He speaks to them, but they do not understand, Oh that the bowed head might be lifted, that the eyes might be opened to behold Him, that the ears might Hear the Lord who truly is the gardener in the garden of Eden so she wasn’t really wrong when she thought him the gardener….?
I had that question as well. But the Jews thought he was a Samaritan devil

hi stephen
Hi! 🙂
YHWH is the Heavenly Father the Creator the Father of Archangel Micha'EL aka I Am aka YHSWH HaMashiach aka Jesus aka Joshua
Sorry, but I'll have to disagree. As the video points out, Jesus is the Creator. So, He is YHWH (the I AM), but definitely not Michael.
Not that this matters, but I just wanted to say that I am a LGBT Christian person who wishes you the best. It's easy for me to forget that sometimes - with all that gets said in the world. Anyways, I hope really good things happen to you.
Thanks for the wishes, and we sincerely hope the same for you.
