Nice video! If I may make a suggestion, with the average attention span dropping more and more, you’d probably benefit from cutting out the time in between finishing the demonstration and then explaining.

Ok so i was thinking is the same execution but he made a point if you place your feet togheter it change a bit and yes you will focus more on core because you will need to create more balance to be available to complete the movement ofc you won't be available to lift heavy, compared to the other example. So it depends on your goal but yes it does quiet make a difference.
No it doesn’t. If you’re pressing anything over 135, regardless of your foot placement, your core will need to be engaged heavily. Foot placement is nothing more than a personal preference, some people may prefer it wider and others closer. Your upper body will also be contracting just as hard either way.
This is wrong, having your feet close together leads to bad form and instability. Also, they’re the same fucking exercise.

No the opposite. It forces your balance to be good. It is harder to balance, which makes your balance crucial to success. You must develop good balance to succeed.
That's the point, that's why it works the core out more
@@BB25_25 Then you’re sacrificing shoulder growth for core growth which isn’t the point of this exercise. There’s other things you can do to improve core and balance. This is even stated by a fitness experts who have phds.
@@Cayorootstheres arguably better exercises for shoulder growth through isolation and machine work. The point of compound free weights is to train your core so it wont be a limiting factor
