The answer is NO. Girls are not safe anywhere. Not Only du ya du ka campus area ,girls apni working place pe bhi safe nhi hai because i have seen a lot of cases jisme child girl se lekar old woman tak ki rape huee hain So you all have to tell me.. Where are girls safe.. Home, road, school and fetus.

IPCW college recently closed it's Hostel Registration on 21 August for people who've been alloted the seat in IPCW in 1st round. Now, let's say I've upgraded my seat for 2nd round however lands back to IPCW and won't get upgraded will the IPCW Hostel open up new forms for students in 2nd round?
