Welcome to the hymn sing this morning

Good morning from Michigan.

It took me 10 years of peripherally involved in services to respond to the call, but this church (finally) reminded me (as I AM) of what was missing in my life because of the: 'meaningful services; exceptional, relatable pastors/inspiring sermons ; beautifull, moving music; fabulous, loving people who want to make life better for all (IMHO). Thank you, dear church family.

No doubt, these men Believe. What a beautiful, prayerful sound.

What about kindness, compassion and being merciful to animals? They are certainly in need of help and compassion. Some of the most abused and helpless of God's creatures. Helping the lowliest of all who cannot speak for themselves shows how you will treat the rest.

Thank you for a sermon on the Importance of Community, Pastor Eric! It seems that in times of stress we tend to “ close ranks,” forgetting those whom we deem outliers. When thinking about “ outliers” the hungry, disenfranchised, homeless, impoverished, distant, and disabled come to mind. Am reminded daily and weekly of the fullness/ emptiness of SEACOASTFRIDGE in Kittery which 24/7 intends to offer free nourishment to anyone in need. It serves not only local people, but transients; it serves not only Kittery and York ( yes, York), but also Portsmouth, the Berwicks, and anyone else in need. Some days it is filled 2 or 3 times daily; sometimes it is barren. Restaurants donate, local farms and bakeries as well. Prepared leftovers from private homes or donations ( monetary or VENMO) are also necessary to keep this effort functioning. Information about the SEACOASTFRIDGE can be found online, on Facebook and Instagram as well. ( Please delete or hide this message if you feel it inappropriate). Herein exists a Spirit and Action of Community. Thank you.

Thanks, Pastors Eric and Dan, for putting this together and for these words that comfort and help me to look above the situations going on in DC lately. When listening to the news it becomes rather overwhelming, but coming back to His words helps to focus my mind and heart on what really matters...His truth.
