Creami ice mocha
Just testing out some more stuff on my Ninja Creami Deluxe. As muchas I like good food I like a good espresso, latte etc. So of course that was high on my list for this. Here is the first result. Next time I need a little more sweetener and little less cocoa. Enjoy

Pizza can easely be ruined by way to many toppings. Though I love a lot of different toppings for pizza I try to keep it simple. Dough, sauce, mozzarella and one topping and some fresh basil. Oliveoil is optional. #Pizza #food #reel #Fyp #Video #Follow #fypシ゚ #foryou #fypage

Toppings of minced meat

I made some toppings the other day where I also made danish meatballs. It is the same recipe so the minced meat is in one process. The finalization is different though. So fabulous that the recipe is in ounces and grams. Good recipe. Thank you.
Thank you for your comment. I will try to keep that in mind so I in future recipes will get both measurements :)
This is the quintessential Sloppy Joe but elevated with that homemade ketchup. This is the kind of comfort food dinners I grew up with. I really need to try your ketchup recipe, this looks great!
Thank you for your comment. I will try to dig up the Ketchup recipe for you and/or make a video about it :) ❤️❤️❤️
As promised, here is the recipe for my ketchup a little oil 2 onions garlic 500 g tomato 0.5 dl apple vinegar 1 sour apple 25 g sugar 2 tbsp brown sugar salt and pepper. Start with a light fry of the onions till they are clear. Add the rest and let simmer for about an hour. Little more for thicker consistancy and vice versa.
Hi, what is the measurement DL? Thanks.
It is deciliter and one deciliter equals 100 ml. Thank you for your comment so I could clarify :)
Love this, thank you !
Thank you so much for your comment. Makes me want to make even more and boosts my motivation with nice comments :)
@@jacobs_bbqof course. Love the videos, please keep making them.
One tip I got from watching Adam Ragusea is to mix 50 milliliters of lemon or lime juice with a half a teaspoon or so of baking soda, letting that react and then adding that to your cheese sauce to help with the emulsification of the cheese. He doesn't make a roux sauce like this, but I've tried it in a roux sauce, it keeps the whole thing from splitting. It's useful for queso sauces, or need to make a gluten free sauce. Roux sauces like this are a staple a lot of folks seem to not know how to make, thank you for sharing this!
Thank you for your tip. I will definately try this. One thing I like to do with most sauces, though not cheese sauce like this, is using a teaspoon of currant jelly just to round the flavors of. Thank you so much for you comment and for watching ❤️
This looks lovely, I'd love to try that sauce on something like an upside down cake with pear filling, or on a boiled pudding! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for your nice comment. I am sure the vanilla sauce will be a great choice both on the upside down cake or with the pudding. It is also crazy good with just some fresh fruit cut to pieces with some chocolate in. That dish in danish is called 'abemad' directly translated to monkey food :) Thank you again
Here in the US we have English muffins which are really just double stuffed crumpets, in a way. Its usually thicker and flipped, but the batter and cooking method is the same. They're cooked a little longer too, so the texture isnt as soft as a crumpet. I think I prefer crumpets, but English muffins are nice for egg sandwhiches. Thank you for sharing this video with us, I'm definitely going to make crumpets soon!
English muffins are awesome for breakfast and I bake them occasionally. I am happy you enjoyed the video. Thank you for your comment :)
DANSK!!!
Jep
How long do you bake them for?😄
12-15 minuttes. Thank you for your comment. I will update the description with this info :)
You could Make this butter and add it to real butter to get a Apple vanilla compound butter. Then put it on French toast with fresh strawberries and whip cream all dusted with powdered sugar.
Sounds like an interesting idea. I will pick it up and do it one day :)
Thanks Jacob
Thank you for watching and commentning :)
Hi, What is fond?😅 Many thanks.
it's a type of bone broth
@@Mintius420 Ah, I see. Thanks.
This is similar to the mushroom soup I make, it's a good recipe, and straight forward to make. I tend to use a little cheap cooking wine to deglaze the pan and a little butter, and I often run my hand blender through the soup to get a slightly smoother texture, soups like this one are such a good canvas for flavor. Thank you for sharing this!
Thank you for answering the question and you are right. There are two main differenses to broth. Its made on bones and therefore consists of a little more gelatine and it is boiled longer so has more flavor. Broth can substitute in this recipe.
I will try the trick with wine next time and add some butter. Red or white wine? I tend to say red :) Thank you for your comment.
jam?
There is a slight difference as I also answered another one on this video. "I get your point of view, but there are to major and one minor difference. The texture is different. Where jam is thinner than the apple butter and often contains pieces of the apple. Another difference is that jam is made with a higher content of sugar. The minor difference is the color because apple butter is darker due to the longer cook and caramelization than with jam." Thank you for commentning.
You lost me at fond?
Sorry to hear that. I try my best to make it easy to follow me. What made me loose you so I can be better? If it is what Fond is there is an explanation in another comment :) Thank you for giving me a heads up and commenting
It's called a jam
I get your point of view, but there are to major and one minor difference. The texture is different. Where jam is thinner than the apple butter and often contains pieces of the apple. Another difference is that jam is made with a higher content of sugar. The minor difference is the color because apple butter is darker due to the longer cook and caramelization than with jam.
@@jacobs_bbq fair enough, you know there is also another product called "Turkish macun" or "magiun de Topoloveni" which is at the lower spectre where you don't add any suggar
@@jacobs_bbq so it's a thicker and less sweet apple jam
@@parvatlok That is one way to see it. And thats why I think someone at some time named it as a 'butter'
I was not aware of that, maybe tasted it before unknowing the name. Had to google it :) Thank you for the tip :)
Keep up to good work ❤
Thank your for your nice comment. Comments like these motivates me and is what keeps me going when I need a little extra push. Thank you again ❤️

Your Channel is very underrated. You make some great stuff. Keep up the great work❤
Thank you so much for your nice comment. Comments like this is what keeps me going every day recordint, editing, coloradjustment, doing voiceovers etc. ❤️❤️❤️
I make apple butter a bit differently. I use a crock pot (does anybody remember those) and add apples, cut small, with skin and seeds, removing bad spots (I use apples from my own trees and the apples are not sprayed). I cook, leaving the lid off, for up to 6 hours, push through a sieve, add brown sugar and cardamom, cook another couple of hours and it is done. A crock pot cooks at very low heat.
I never had a slowcooker though I have seen a lot of shorts etc. with it. Maybe one day I will buy one. Your recipe is a little closer to the original than mine. I bet it is awesome. I wish I had a lot of apples in my yard but only have one small tree I planted my self a couple of years ago. So have to wait some time to get some serious amount of apples. Thank you for your comment :)
@@jacobs_bbq Your method sound delicious too!
@@Braisin-Raisin Thank you so much
Finally, a great marinade that makes sense! I’m going to try this on some eye of round steak.
Thank you so much for your comment. I hope you will enjoy this :)
how does it taste??
The flavor was great. The look not so great 😂Sometimes it just want the same as I want.
Oh, Hell no! Whatever you did to that piece of meat, you need to apologize yo the cow, and all of us that saw it on your video. Shame on you!
Oh really? Where do you think I did wrong and how would you have done it better? I am curious :)
@@jacobs_bbq You said it yourself. “The tip of the brisket was a little dry.” It was a lot dry. You can correct this by trimming whatever cut you’re using to even out the thickness before cooking.
No
??
I got anxiety thinking youd cut your thumb at 0:30
Not to worry, my thumb was not hurt in any way and there was plenty of space between the knife and thumb
Beautiful sharing dear friend 💗

What about music? Or Babymaking ?
I believe they can get a lot of people together but not as much as food can. Babymaking is between to persons but a beautiful moment for those in love. (PS I had my share of kids now 😂😂😂😂😂😂)

Making yogurt is one of the easiest thing. I m a south Indian... its hot n humid always... so eating curd/ yogurt is very healthy as it cools down the body... So in our household it norm to set yogurt every night before i sleep. I feel local cuisine depends mostly on its local climates...
I agree, it is almost to easy. Climate definitely affects the cousine. Wintertime here is cold so stews, soups etc are much more common. What is classic to eat with yoghurt in India? Here it is usually some bread related or some sugar/siruo
@jacobs_bbq omg there are so many recipes with curd to make. As a vegetarian I will tell u two of my favorite dishes. Curd rice It's rice tempered with spices and ginger with some oil n add little coriander leaves at the end. In my language it's called dadojanam... try searching for detailed recipe. Next one is Bottle gaurd perugu pachadi It's made of diced n cooked bottle gaurd added to the curd n besan( powder form of lentils) n hindi it's called kadi It's yum try them. Gud 👋
I will try to look it up, though I am not a big fan of rice :)
I really enjoy making pickles myself, we have a brand called Grillo's here, I modeled my brine recipe after theirs. It's just 2 parts vinegar to 1 part water with three teaspoons of pickling salt for every two cups of liquid (16 fluid ounces), dried minced or blanched fresh garlic to taste, several sprigs of fresh dill, and several young grape leaves. The brine goes over the cucumbers mostly cooled. I usually use Kirby cucumbers. I've never tried making yogurt, but it's on my list of things to try! :D
Sounds like a great recipe. Having a family who takes out the pickles in burgers I definately should try another recipe and yours sounds one to try :) Though I might have to be a detective if even possible to get Kirby cucumbers in Denmark. I most admit I dont know. Thank you for your comment :)
Oh this is like a Juicy Lucy but with chicken and deep fried! I love this! Here in the midwestern US we have a burger variation called the Juicy Lucy, it's a beef burger stuffed with cheese, typically a Wisconsin cheese, but not always. They were invented in Minnesota and are wonderful but very messy. They even make vegetarian and vegan versions now! This looks lovely, and yes, I think it's a burger. I enjoy black bean burgers, and veggie burgers, and burgers made from all sorts of things. Heck, I even like a good burger, though turkey burgers aren't usually my favorite most of the time. If all of those count, then so does your lovely chicken burger. Fantastic work, I'll have to try making this at some point before summer is over, or maybe adapting the concept to meatballs! Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for your nice comments. The burger press I use is actually a dual use one for either normal burgers or juicy lucy. They mare awesome as well for burgers and gives a great patti. The cheese I chose to use here is a typical Danish cheese called Havarti. It is a common cheese in all supermarkets here. I am glad you enjoyed and got inspired by the video :)
@@jacobs_bbq oh! Havarti is very popular here in the US, I'm a huge fan of Havarti with dill in it!
Try to smoke it with cold smoke. Just for some hours to taste. Makes a great smoked cheese :)
I love donuts! Especially fresh donuts, and these look incredible. There's a place a couple towns over from me that do both sweet donuts, and savory donuts with egg and cheese and sometimes even sausage. Boston Cream donuts and Bearclaws are my favorites. The filled donut holes you made look especially lovely! I'm a little envious of the deep fryer, I simply don't have the space for one here. Wonderful video as always!
Savory donuts with egg and cheese sounds delicious indeed. Gotta try make some one day :) Thank you for the idea and the nice comments. We do not have room for the fryer in our kitchen either. The first couple of years we moved it into the kitchen when we needed to use it but now last summer i bought a steel table for outdoor and it now has its own place out there. A little cold in the winter but then we can keep the mess and smell out there when frying.
Thank you for sharing. I brought frozen ones from supermarket, it is not common in where I live. I will have to try to make them myself. Watching from Thailand
Greetings to Thailand. This is one country I hope to visit one day. Glad you find it inspirering to make it your self. That is one of my goals with my video's. Thank you for your comment.
😂 Oh, I meant I will try to make the English muffin from the other extended of this video.
❤ gracias por sus recetas señor. Saludos desde Argentina
Sorry I am not good at spanish, though I understand your comment. You are more than welcome. Hope you will enjoy some donuts soon to. Greetings to Argentina. Thank you for your comment.
Ooo ill make that!
It is a classic and I just loves it :) Thank you for your comment.
Very nice dear friend 🌟🌟🌟
Thank you so much for your love.
Recipe for the dough 295 ml of milk. Up to half can be substituted by water. 10 grams of dry yeast 1 egg 50 grams of margarine/butter 525 grams of all purpose flour 60 grams of sugar 12 grams of baking enzymes 9 grams of salt Sesame seeds for sprinkling. Mix on a stand mixer for ease. It is a little sticky dough, but worth it. When it stops sticking to the standmixer bowl take it on a flour sprinkled table and round it. Let it rest on the table for 45 minuttes covered with wrap, followed by 1½-2 hours in the fridge. If you proof on the table make sure to cover with wrap again. Otherwise if you use an oven add steam while proofing. On table proof for an hour In the oven 40 minuttes at 35C with steam. Bake for 16-20 minuttes at 200 degrees C
This reminds me a lot of a stromboli or scaccia, it looks really tasty! I'm a huge fan of stuff like this but with salami, capicola, a creamy garlic sauce, and provalone. In Minnesota they make something like this but with ground beef, cheddar, mustard, ketchup, pickles, onions, and tomato, like cheeseburger bread. It's strange, but really tasty.
You are so right, they are like cousins. What toppings to put in is optional and I usually is a sucker for what the kids wants ;) I prefer more spiced and loads of garlic and cheese. Thank you for your comment :)
Wow very nice so beautiful ❤❤
Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you Jacob
Your welcome
Tough times huh? I wish u all but the best
Oh! Curry powder sounds delightful in egg salad, I tend to go for the fluffy sweet Hawaiian white bread or something similar, and whip up the yolks with mayo, a little sugar, a little seasoned vice vinegar and lemon juice, and miso paste. Then fold in the chopped egg whites, etc. This with the curry ad the turmeric and bacon, the chives, it's a more spiced, savory take and I really want to try it.
Curry is great for many things especially in the asian kitchen but as you can see also in the danish :)

Thank you so much. It was also leftovers from this I used for Sandwich the day after. Great on the evening and great the day after. Let me know if are going to make one :)
Better do itagain and getting it less well done to grow the channel! Good luck.
Thank you so much for your advise. The goal for me is not growth for fame and money but for people who like the food I like. Personally I like my meat more read. Two things and it can sound as an excuse. I had some trouble color correcting that video and still learning and the other is that it is adapted slightly to the people I served it. Not all like it a more red. But i surely will remember your advise and thank you again :)
Now that is one hell of a banana split! I love your take on it, and with the homemade ice cream too! My go-to ice cream topping is homemade magic shell, just 1 cup or like 190grams of chocolate chips or whatever other kind of chips and three tablespoons of coconut oil solid at room temp melted together in the microwave at short bursts and stirred together. It's just like the stuff from the store but cheaper. What kind of cookies are on the sundae? all of the toppings look so tasty! I bet this would go great accompanied by a cup of coffee! :D
I never made magic shells my self. Maybe I should try that as well :) The cookie is a kind of wafer thin and rolled. Crisp. these are store bought. Then I have two cream buns where the cream is fluff style. White & normal chocolate sauce, some food shiny coloring.
@jacobs_bbq wafer cookies are lovely, I'll have to grab a tin of the rolled ones next time I'm at ALDI, I never thought to put them on ice cream, thank you for sharing the idea!
