These sure blow a lot of black smoke when you rev them high! I've noticed that especially with my IS350 running great but has a little black smoke blowing out and you can tell it has carbon buildup
I had finished installing the ppe headers that day, on the first start the pressure was so great that black smoke came out, after that moment I never noticed it again

Is hard to say what can be ,,without a scanner tool, because it could be many different things , open circuit on the break switch . Could be a crank sensor, a bad air fuel radio sensor .. the best option you can have is take your car to auto-zone ,, they can scan your car for free and tells you what the issue is.. and go from there, if you don’t have the scanner tool.

I have lexus vsc come on but I don't have a check engine light ont only Traction control turns off . But I do have a tpms light on

Hey can someone help me I just got the car not that long ago and now when I turn on the car it has no lights but when I hit the break and put it in R the trc turns on and abs light is on and says check vsc
behind the brake pedal there is a switch check that out maybe that's could be the issue.. but you might consider to put a code reader to find out for sure what’s wrong with it

It could be many different things.. you need to now what code is showing for the check engine light.. if you don have a OBD scanner car engine fault code reader.. to find out what part is the problem ..if you don have the scanner , you can go to auto-zone and they can put the scanner for free on your car and tell you what’s wrong with it

Can someone help me I’m a female that does not know much about cars. I own a 2007 lexus is250 I just got in & turned the car on & as I’m driving the check VCS light came on along w the engine light. & that red triangle with the exclamation mark. Ugh it’s making my anxiety go crazy , 😭 what could it be? Ugh so stressed out ...
From what I been reading it here and lexus forums it could be a number of things such as a bad transmission solenoid, Mass Air flow sensor, torque converter, spark plug, etc. I have the same problem on a 2006 IS350. I'll probably take it to autozone to get the it scanned and narrow what it is.

They are holding up very well, the light output is great, very bright and also gives the car a different very aggressive look. Definitely recommend

Did you get an engine code with this setup?
the CEL light will come on after installing the headers but PPE headers come with O2 Conditioner that fixes that issue so you won’t have that light coming on.

I have a 2007 is350. I’ve had it for about 6 months. When you accelerate hard you can smell a gasoline smell, and it began idling a little rough, sometimes when taking off the car would not respond for a few seconds. Eventually It would not stay running unless you sprayed starter fluid in the intake. I took it in to a shop and they replaced the fuel pump, and it was running fine.. now 2 months later it’s doing the same thing. Any ideas what else it could be?

I believe there was a recall for something that It have to do with the gasoline valve..can't remembers what it was, but got that talking care of at Lexus dealership for free
Update: cylinder #6 had a bad spark plug, it had old oil gunk on it and looked terrible.

I don't think there's a way to fix it.. unless you change your exhaust system. They sound loud. Perhaps to loud. But I really. Like it the way they sound ... Is just the preference of exhaust you want..

@@ernanv24 well when you have full bolts on and re racing tune it gets loud.. you don't notice to much because you driving. But other people thinks it loud.. on the video you comment I didn't have the ppe headers on .. with does headers is way different Sounds I have others videos with different mods..
I was able to add 4.5inch silencers and it got rid of the drone

thit's what they say.. In order to optimize power, the learning correction factor needs to be in the range of 20-23. The most effective way to get this number to go up as quickly as possible is to do long pulls from 3000-6800 rpm, in 4th gear. Doing so can bring your correction factor up within 50 miles of driving. Otherwise, it will take longer. Please note, RR-Racing does not condone exceeding the speed limit on public roads, all testing should be performed on a race track.
