Hello, I am a pianist. To be honest, Fantasie Impromptu is not the most difficult piece to play for a pianist (although it sounds pretty difficult)(but of course, it is not easy either, somehow higher level intermedium). But what this guy here does on the marimba looks and sounds extremely high leveled and complex. Very well done. 👍👍👍

The virtuosity of this musician is absolutely outstanding, but am I alone in thinking that the arrangement of this piece for the marimba doesn't quite work. For me, it's too staccatoey and a lot of the Romanticism that this piece evokes when played on the piano, its rightful instrument, is lost on THIS instrument. Having said that, though, it was in itself, a brilliant rendition.
