Yet, Williams gets a clean slate even though he held on the ball longer, took more sacks and turnovers pretty much the same. Again we expect Williams to magically flip the script and to better without evidence. PFF ranked the Bears pass blocking 26th and the ranked the Bears 32nd with the amount of above average weapons with only 2 (Moore and Kmet) PFF also ranked Darnell Mooney 107th of 128 top receivers and Tyler Scott 115th top receiver. Tonyan ranked 63rd out of 72 TE's. A OC that was given a 27th ranking at play calling. When the Caleb has the same issues coming out of college how and why do you expect for him to be a world beater when he struggles to win against the PAC-12 in college? Third... Yes the schedule is weaker but there are many unproven factors that assume the Bears will be a playoff team. 1. Will the new coordinators gel, be better at developing players and create a good game plan to be successful team? 2. Will both lines improve from being bottom 3rd lines in the league to average or above average? Again, the Bears O-line is good at pass blocking but the Bears top RB Forman and best rusher in Fields are not there. They are 26th in pass blocking and they only added a back-up in Bates and journeyman Center in Shelton. There is only 1 stud D-lineman... will someone else develop into the 2nd pass-rusher. 3. Head Coach... Eberflus had several miscues last with going for it or not and too slow at making adjustments? I don't see Eberflus as a Super Bowl winning coach. 4. Rookie QB... a large portion of Williams game will not translate in the pros. How fast is he able to NFL game? How many QB's have you seen being compared to Mahomes and be successful. These are just 4 areas of many to overcome.

Bears O-line is not weak. Depth is an issue, but their starting five will rank in the top half of the league.

We got a lot of huge positional depth but the TE depth is underrated with them getting Everett and bringing back Mercedes Lewis

Why haven't we heard of this? Well, does anyone think that when media spews a meme like "he's a Generational Talent" that they go back & check to make sure they're correct? Well, they didn't. Caleb has more Superman heroic highlights of extending plays in terms of minutes on tape than all the qbs in this draft class have highlights combined. Nobody is saying JD isn’t a good qb but the new generation of great QBs like Rodgers and Mahomes is something that JD will never be

Fields isn't in this draft class, & his improvisational skills have been tested more thoroughly than Caleb's. Fields has had to do this _in the _*_NFL!_* & has shown himself better at that too.
