Looking good nice job how often do you have to shapen the blades on the bush hog with all the tall grass you cut
rip wild flora and fauna
Take the plastic part of the fender off , I think it would look cooler without it.
I had a 4708 Massey and the motor blew at 20hrs. The crankshaft broke in two. I have a 5090e JD now and I love it. Makes a big difference going from a 3cyl to a 4cyl
That reminds me. I need to sharpen my brush hog blades. Mine won’t cut that nice. 🤔
Been shopping for a tractor. I have a kubota zero turn. It’s nice but cheaply built. The 7060 was in my list, but not any more. MF is about the only company anymore that builds a tractor like they’re supposed to be built.
You got that right I looked hard at them before I bought this one. Wish i would have just bought the Massey
What size blade is that just curious trying to change my out for better blades any recommendations
Not sure on the size
am i the only one who watches 23 minutes of cutting grass while having breakfast
Thanks for watching
This machine does an amazing job. How often do you need to sharpen its blades ?
Maybe once a year
I could watch this all day. Would love to have a business doing this.
Красота!!!
I bet that pays very well
You’d be surprised. Not everything like this pays all that well
Could you use the residential deck on these open fields for the better cut, or do you go over the same area twice to make things right? Awesome Work.
Not sure what you mean by residential deck ?
The pull behind cutting deck you use in your “Residential “ properties cuttings has a superb cut. No wheel marks . No humps just an Evan , Clean , worth the effort type cut . That’s what I mean. Awesome job.
@@bourbontrail565 they both cut about the same the 12ft is just faster than using the 7ft for bigger areas
Thank you for your reply. I don’t learn anything if I don’t ask. Be Safe.
How much does it cost
Not sure on current prices I think this one was in the 40’s
@ 12:49 I love the view of the grounds already evaporating off.
That mower has such a great cut
It does a good job
Your utility bill at work. This is where you need a fully enclosed cab, full tanks of diesel and government juice, two coolers full of sustenance, and your satellite radio belting out the tunes.
Olha Gostei,Da Roçadeira Muito Boa Msm, Faz Um Serviço Eselente Boa Msm
What brush cutter is that and how many HP is the tractor
Land price rc2512 and 70hp
How did you bid/win this contract job with the State? I am having such a hard time finding where to bid
It’s all through the land owners
Awesome. How long do sharp blades last, and how much for going back and cutting a second time? Thanks.
Just depends on what type of material you run through it. And my prices never change the initial price will be the same price as the next time
This is more satisfying than watching any of the marvel movies... just sat here with a cupa mojo and the sound of the tractor and mower was just mesmerizing Hope you enjoyed cutting it as much as I did watching it!
yes! I enjoy doing what he does too. I run much older tractors and brush hogs tho. It a step back in time and my get a way place on the tractor.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I would stay away from new holland they can’t make a good tractor if they wanted too anymore kubota and John Deere are the two best tractor brands today. But in my heart I bleed orange.
Curious, how often do you have to sharpen or replace your blades?
I think I’ve only sharpened this one time in the last 2 years
That’s amazing, once in 2 years. Does the residential deck blades have to be replaced or sharpened more than that?
Looks very very nice but ..... the question is why does it need to be cut down? It would be way better for the insects if it was not cut down, and it's not hurting anybody
You’re joking right?
@@rubberbabybuggybumper6270 why should I be joking? Give me 1 good reason to cut the grass. In my country the government is only allowed to mowe the grass if it's blocking the view for traffic, on crossings for example
@@_DutchFox_ access to the power lines for maintenance. Also removes the fire hazard tall grass causes. So if there were to be a forest fire the power lines would act as a barrier to keep the fire from spreading.
@_DutchFox_ this particular project was done at the request of the property owner they like to have it cut down and kept nice so they can see the wildlife and it just looks so much better
Some people take pride in their land. They believe it looks better mowed… other people may have an allergy to a certain bug species that may populate that area and it could be right behind their home. At the end of the day… this guy is doing what he’s hired or asked to do…. He did a great job
Are you still planning on getting rid of the Kubota?
It’s still on my mind but I’m trying to prioritize a few other things at the moment
7ft cutter?
Yes it is
Enjoy your videos, thank you for taking the time to make them. Before and after shots would be great.
Thank you. And I can start doing that
Tractor shots too🇺🇸👍🏻
Is it me or did I start hearing a noise at about @ 3:00 that continues on, sounds like maybe wire wrapped around one of the blades? It seems to get louder at @ 4:50 and gets even louder later and sounds like wire hitting metal underneath the mower deck.
I’ll have to go back and rewatch it but I don’t remember hearing anything
How do you get state jobs
I just lucked into thise one
I would like to know more how to get started in that business wise
Lots of advertising
How did you get those power line jobs
It’s all through the land owner
That cutter does a nice job!
It does!
Beautiful job as always!
Thank you so much
when are you going put a new out but it was good jod
I’m just video whatever I can whenever I can anytime I get something new I’ll video it
That sun is not real.
I just need some whiskey and music and nice cold winter day and just enjoy that bonfire
You and me both!
You do an amazing job as always! I honestly would love to do a bush hogging job like you do!
Thank you
Talk about up hill both ways. Are you only cutting that one little section? Who does the rest?
Yes just that section so the state has a ROW through the property for the power lines. The state is supposed to maintain that but the funding was cut for it leaving it up to the property owners to have it done
Way to thread that needle, son👍🏻
You know it
They should want you back! Good job. I really like the bush hog !
This is the second time I’ve done it the first time took about 3 hours. the time in this video is start to finish. and they want me back at the end of September to do it again
Whoaaa, at what speed did you run ?? That looks fast for brush hogging
5th or 6th gear
I keep expecting it to take off. What a machine.
Prime example of what not to do with the equipment you’re making a living with I do the same thing for a living and have fired guys for the same exact thing skid plates aren’t cheap either hitting trees
Well I guess it’s a good thing it’s not your equipment then this is mild for me I’ve done way worse
very relaxing good operator
Man, I don't know about you, but I think 2024 is going to be the year of the tires. New tractor just hit 100 hours, completed 6 jobs this season, on flat tire #5. If the tractor wasn't new with those nice new tires, it wouldn't burn so bad. Are you running regular R1 or Radial R1 tires?
Thankfully I haven’t had any in a few years and this one has the r1 radials on it
@@tlcbushhogging I'm wishing I got the radials.
Great review
Thanks
BEL MEZZO, COMPLIMENTI OTTIMO LAVORO👍👋🇮🇹
