I found one in pretty decent shape at a thrift store in a small town. I had to get it to clean it up a bit. I didn't have one growing up, but I have a soft spot for vintage toys. And it could pass as a sci fi rifle in a movie today!

They still look futuristic even for todays standard. Way ahead of it’s time!

I'm here because at 37 years old, I had a dream about this laser rifle last night. Had no idea what it was called, so had to google it. I was 4, maybe 5 years old when my dad bought this for me. Not sure why, as I was an only child and had nobody to play laser tag with. I seem to remember the "scope" had a lighted reticule, which was the coolest. Such a classic looking unit, thanks for showing it to us.

I love this rifle. I used a mofldified version of it as a weapon prop in a sci-fi film i did. Added some stuff on that front handle inspired by the pulse rifle. Gave it all a black paint job...rock and roll

Wanted to see how to replace the 2CR5 battery???? Have no manual and don't want to break the plastic that holds the battery in place.
